Quite tasty venue serving mexican style tacos and sopes in outlet food court area. Service is courteous and friendly. I ordered two birria tacos that were tasty, cooked to perfection, and the price (around 3.60 per taco with Mexico City style double corn tortilla) was decent. It worked well to calm down light hunger. More complete platos look also quite decent, with rice and beans included.

Yes I'm here for work and I still have a honeydew list. How is this possible?!?!?! Anyways get to the point Ward. I'm starving since I didn't eat lunch. I pass by this food truck smelling good food coming from it. This smell got me like "what". After I pick up the items for the better half I make a beeline to stand in line for the food truck. I almost went to the food court as I don't like standing in line. I'm glad I stuck it out as the tacos was very tasty. I ordered a carne asada, birria, and a pollo taco. These tacos are the authentic small ones you would find in Mexico or a traditional Mexican restaurant. I bit into tue Birria one first. The flavors from the stewed spicy beef popped in my mouth. I was dang I should order more. Then I bit Into the Polo one. The flavor was good, however the chicken was a little on the dry side but the fresh celentro and onions along with their homemade hot sauce was still yummy. Next I had the carne asada and the grilled beef was done perfectly. What's interesting is that most of the people in line spoke Spanish and the most of the menu is in Spanish so no wonder their food is awesome. Gotta love food trucks that are putting out some amazing food. After speaking to Eddie and his wife Suzzy I found put their from Mexico and has deeps roots in cooking. Go figure right! If you truly want your taste buds to be happy, stop by this food truck as you will not regret it. Btw they also do catering.

Decided…read moreto pull out my phone. and instead of using Yelp, I actually just punched cheesesteak into Waze, and what do you know?! I ended up finding the cheesesteak joint. This is actually a food truck, which is parked on the side of the Tipsy Catcus, which is a really cool brewery I also checked out while I was waiting for my order. I ordered the original cheesesteak with the white cheese and whiz cheese combo (I tried to order my usual provolone, but they don't offer provolone as one of the cheese choices) and the fried mushrooms. I was the only person who pulled up around six P.M. and because this was on a Wednesday night, not a Friday night, hence the low traffic. But service was really good. The young lady who helped me out was prompt, explained everything and gave me a pager, which allowed me to go inside the brewery while I waited. One thing to note, while I was talking to the owner of the tipsy cactus, he told me that Friday night and Saturday nights are usually popping. So I wouldn't expect to be first in line on any of those nights. It also looks like they rotate food trucks on different nights, so don't assume that the cheesesteak truck is going to be here every night. I would check the tipsy cactus website, or Instagram page to be sure. It took about 15 minutes for them to complete my order and when I got it home and I dug in. I was really satisfied as the food was super good. Cheesesteak was on point with the prime rib being top quality, and the fried mushrooms were well done, juicy, with a really good homemade sauce that they packed in with my order. I almost forgot about the churro I ordered. And I forgot about it because I accidentally left it in the bag in the car and didn't eat it until the next day. It didn't matter. A short blast in the microwave and this thing was killa. I'll definitely be looking forward to checking this place out again in the future.
