A true gynecologist that cares about you, and she did not push me to make a decision that is life-changing to benefit her, she pushed it to benefit me. And I feel good! My life has changed for the better, and after 12 years of pain surrounding my fibroid and excessive menstruation cycle. I had a hysterectomy(June 30th) and I am no longer in pain. My surgery went well, aftercare went well, and her team is fantastic, including her staff or the people who work with her. If you are looking for a gynecologist, she is the one! Dr. Meda came in rude to the appointment. I did not feel comfortable or cared for just judged and she came off so rude. This is my 4th pregnancy and last. My original ob retired so I had to look for a new ob this time and I made a mistake going thru sutter for prenatal care. Worst experience ever. The list can go on with so many complaints I have but I'll just stop here with today's rude dr.

Dr. Christianson's first question was if i live in Lamorinda. As a Nurse, I asked how her surgical approach for endometriosis surgery. Her answer was a bit questionable to me being in the field and after research & second opinion at UCSF. That is not the best option I will go for. My endometriosis has improved by 80% with UCSF non surgical recommendation. You only have one set of reproductive organs. The bay area has the best endometriosis doctors in the nation. There are other established programs (Stanford, kaiser, south). It was a mistake to go here because it was close to home.

What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to look at the whole picture. I've sought information through various third-party women's health companies, but none have come close to the depth, thoughtfulness, and individualized care that Dr. Prabakar provides. I'm learning that HRT is rarely straightforward, and what will set her apart is how carefully she reviews my history, symptoms, and bloodwork before making recommendations. Her bedside manner is warm, knowledgeable, thorough, and never makes me feel rushed. As a physician affiliated with Northwell Health, she brings a level of expertise and professionalism that has given me tremendous confidence in her guidance. I didn't have a lot of eggs, so I had to undergo several retrievals. As I got older, the quality of my eggs also declined. At my last retrieval, when I was 40, Dr. Aimee recommended trying PRP. She was very honest with me that it was a newer procedure, but that the results were promising. I ended up retrieving just two eggs. We created embryos, and incredibly, we ended up with one healthy baby boy and one healthy baby girl. Our son--the little boy my husband had always hoped for--came from one of those eggs I retrieved at age 40. With Dr. Aimee's help, I became pregnant through IVF, and we welcomed our beautiful son, who is now 2 1/2 years old. When we decided we wanted a second child, my previous delivery had been difficult, so we made the decision to use a surrogate. Once again, Dr. Aimee was there for us every step of the way. She connected me with multiple agencies, and I didn't have to wait long before finding an amazing surrogate who had been screened by Dr. Aimee. She was local, which meant I was able to be part of the pregnancy and birth journey in a way that was incredibly special to me. She is a literal angel on earth. The reason we went to Dr. Aimee for our first son was because we didn't want to be treated like another number on a conveyor belt and she did not disappoint. She has amazing bedside manners, she's hilarious and she answers any and all questions very thoroughly - I always wonder how she sleeps.
