Hawaiian BBQ chicken with lots of enhancement, kept the pineapple and wasabi on the side. Everything was delicious and healthy proportions so I have dinner for tonight.

This has been one of my favorite places to grab a DELICIOUS and healthy meal for many years. The food here, is always fresh, tasty and portion sizes are filling. There are so many choices of tuna, crab, salmon, etc., from which to choose in order to make your bowl. I never feel guilty about anything I eat from this restaurant. Employees are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and there is usually plenty of seating available. There are no fountain drinks sold here however, can canned and bottled beverages are available. Be advised that if you come during the lunch hour, be prepared to stand in line as this is a very popular restaurant in the area, but worth the wait.

This spot is definitely a local favorite. I've been here a handful of times, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. Service is always quick, and the staff is super friendly. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful--I usually go for the 3 scoops or the cooked salmon bowl, and they never disappoint. Shoutout to the girl who helped me today--she was really sweet and patient, even while dealing with a pretty demanding customer about his Toast account (lol). I didn't catch her name, but she had some awesome Beetlejuice tattoos! AhiPoki is a great option whether you're looking for a quick, refreshing bite on a hot day or a warm bowl on a chilly one. If you're a poke fan, definitely give this place a try--it's better than most out there.

2 Scoop Poke Bowl ($14.95 - Blazing Salmon, Kimchi Shrimp)

AhiPoki (West Covina) served fresh, healthy poke bowls (diced raw fish on rice/salad and veggies) and welcoming, friendly service. I arrived Monday (around 7PM), and staff chirpily exclaimed "Hello! Welcome!" when entering. I ordered the Poke Bowl - Two Scoops ($14.95). I selected blazing salmon and kimchi shrimp for the scoops. And I selected the white rice base, house sauce, sliced cucumbers, edamame, roe, imitation crabmeat, and seaweed. The ordering process is simple and quick. All the ingredients are clearly labeled too. Imagine Subway but with way fresher ingredients and kinder service. The food came quickly. Concerning the food's quality, I was genuinely surprised me. AhiPoke has many locations, so I expected something passable; however, this West Covina (Eastland Center) location tasted very fresh. Surprisingly, I felt very satisfied with my meal. I eagerly devoured the plump shrimp and soft salmon. The vegetables tasted fresh and the rice was fluffy. Regarding staff, the 7PM staff was uniquely exceptional. They had large smiley faces, and they quickly offered to explain the ingredients and offer recommendations. Very unusual for a food chain but welcomed. When customers weren't approaching the counter, staff suddenly began cleaning. Very committed. AhiPoki's (West Covina) ambiance is probably its weakest aspect. Although the poke-themed wall art is appealing, the place felt cramped despite the many tables. Chill music echoed in the location, but I was mesmerized by the random construction ladder standing by the corner. Thankfully, the AhiPoki (West Covina) is very clean and well-ventilated. From the tall ceiling, several ceiling fans spun around. The location is nestled in West Covina's Eastland Center Plaza, so there's plenty of parking. Overall, AhiPoki (West Covina) offered tasty, satisfying, healthy food. The price is competitive, and the service is bright. If nearby, I recommend.

The food was amazing and the customer service from the server and register was spectacular

Do yourself a favor and don't pay $20 for a bowl of rice, scoops are skimpy, there are better options out there. Never coming back again.

Dry a** bowl with missing toppings

Update: officially reported to the health department! So I came today to get a 2 scoop bowl knowing their soda machine wouldn't be working (they finally took it out). I was at home almost done with my bowl when I saw a white thin thing sticking out of my salmon piece. I pulled it out and it was moving upon me taking it out. I almost threw up on my couch. I am so disgusted I'm reporting this place to the health department! I am a full time student and cannot afford to miss school. If I get sick from this I am quite literally suing. The more pieces I looked through the more worms I found. The salmon was also warm when I ate it and my home is not even 5 min away from the restaurant.

Great food, great quality poke, and amazing customer service. The young lady who helped me was kind, friendly, and very welcoming. However, there was a sign in the window that said "Sign up for our app and receive free avocado," so I signed up while waiting to order. At checkout, I was told I needed to redeem the reward in the app. When we checked, I learned that simply signing up does not actually give you the reward--you must first join and then start collecting points before becoming eligible. Unfortunately, this felt misleading, and I ended up having to pay for the avocado I thought would be free. That was frustrating and took away from what would have been a perfect experience. Overall, the food is excellent and the staff is great--just be aware of potentially confusing signage and how the rewards work.

I had a $10 off reward and I've never been here before. Alex was so helpful. I walked me through how to redeem it and also through all the options and helped me create a delicious bowl. Livia was at the register and was just as pleasant and helpful. I got my bowl to go but I could easily see how clean the dining area was. I would absolutely return.

Always sooooo good!! I love coming over here whenever I get the chance, they have such a good selection of everything for your bowl. The service is as well quick and super friendly always!!

This is supposed to be large, there is so much rice and the fish ratio does not match.
    Janelle L.

Usually I don't mind the portions for this place but this time, we ordered a large and they definitely skimped out on the portions. I attached a picture for reference but, how disappointing. At another poke place, they pack our bowls for a more competitive price. This portion size does not mirror the cost we paid at this location. They definitely packed this bowl with a lot more rice, and not enough fish. The scoops must have shrunk.

I've come to this ahí poke spot quite often. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! The person who put my bowl together was very generous about the proportions he was giving me. I truly appreciate that as some workers can be stingy about their scoops!

Food: the marinated poke reminded me of some of the best poke on Oahu; the flavors were bursting in my mouth Service: great, friendly service Design: interiors is simple and modern with large supergraphics on the wall; some counter-ht seating/tables and standard seating/tables Overall: if you want great poke in the West Covina area, then this is a must try spot; the flavors are more bold than most poke spots

In the way of ambience, they have seating inside basic tables, chairs, and tables. I do like the fact, they have two parking stalls if you're doing curbside pick up or just running in to pick up your order. TK Cafe has thoroughly impressed me off first impression, and if I was closer, I'd probably be a regular here. For how much we ordered, the food didn't take too long to come out and genuinely, was so good. We got a lot here, from the garlic shrimp to the popcorn chicken, and so much more. The popcorn chicken was, without a doubt, my favorite item. We originally came here because a friend said they had the best popcorn chicken, and I'd honestly agree. It was crispy but also still a bit juicy and I feel like most places go heavily into the crisp aspect and it ends up just seeming overcooked. But it was a 10/10 here. The proportions are huge, so it's easy to over order. The crab rangoons were good on the portions and crispness and not overly filled with cream cheese which is nice. The noodles were good, pretty average, same with the Mac salad. The garlic shrimp was a bit overly garlic-y, but it was still good. If you're looking for a new Hawaiian spot, definitely check out TK Cafe. The proportions are huge and the taste is amazing. If I'm ever in Monrovia again, I'd definitely be stopping by!

All the familiar Hawaiian items are here, and then some. They offer A LOT of different dishes, including a whole bunch of dim sum. And their beverage menu is extensive as well, from your basic teas to milk tea boba and slushies. It's pretty impressive how these folks are able to squeeze all this food in this tiny little restaurant. Decided to go with the dish that everyone who has been to Hawaii has eaten at some point: the loco moco. I thought it might be a good way to gauge how authentic their food is. Ordered a side of Portuguese sausage musubi as well. Yeah, I'm a pig. Loco Moco - 5/10: so yeah. This definitely isn't your traditional loco moco, or at least the dish that I grew up eating (808 born and raised). Two patties, mounds of rice, eggs (unfortunately served over hard...should always be over easy so the yolk comes out) side mac salad - check, check, check and check. But then they bury on the bottom of this dish a bunch of stir-fried veggies, which threw me off a bit. This dish ain't supposed to be somewhat healthy. And then they throw a very light brown sauce on it that definitely isn't gravy. More like a brown sauce you'd mix in with pan-fried noodles. Yeah, just not the way this dish is supposed to made. But at least they give you a lot of it! - Portuguese Spam Musubi - 7.5/10: this one was much better. All the elements were there, and yes, they used Portuguese sausages. Hard to screw up musubi, but believe me, it can be done. Two pieces come in an order and they're on the larger side. So yeah, a little disappointed. I will say though that if I'm in the area again, I might order some dim sum. Happy feasting!

I was bragging to my best friend about their food because we are foodie's and we love to eat. We were excited about what we were going to eat on Thursday, March 27 '26 and we had gotten there around 5:30. They close at 7 sp we had an hour and a half to eat. We ordered about 6 dishes --Pork Sinigang, Adobong Pusit, Bihon Guisado, Garlic Rice, Plain Rice, Crispy Pata , Ube Turon. When the orders came, the rice was so little, what they said was good for 2 people is actually only good for one. We asked for ice. They said they had none. not a big deal but honestly ice is a very important thing to have. There were no condiments on the table (patis , toyo, suka) etc which is common place in Filipino eateries. Around 6:30 we were being asked to finish our meal because they were "closing". Did they forget we ordered a bunch of stuff. If they are worried about their closing time, rhen please dont accept people an hour and a half before closing as you guys kmow Filipino food is not burgers and fries . You eat w little bit of everything slowly , its a cultural thing. We were again told two more times to hurry eating as they were closing. I was so shocked i coulf barely believe this kind of treatment. As a former caterer and hotel manager, we have never kicked anyone out of any establishment when they are still eating. You shut the door, you stop taking in customers but you always let the people still eating inside finish their meal, even if you had to stay behind for a bit. Another reason i took my best friend to dine rhere is because we were both so hungry and we dont do any cooking in our homes. My best friend paid for the meal --almost $150 , we decided against leaving a tip because the service was poor. The people working in the front had a less than acceptable demeanor, rushing us out of there we couldnt even finish eating. All in all, i felt embarassed in front of my best friend who treated me to the meal, when i had done nothing but brag about this place and their food non stop. I wpuld have loved to have had a conversation wirh Ms Nova Mendoza herself in person to compliment her on the amazing food but also to tell her that the staff needed further training im hospitality, customer care, and soft skills , it is their behavior and conduct which will bring this restaurant down. To make things worse, I waited 40min to be served COLD bangus sisig, I'm sure that's some sort of code violation. The server tried to say they just cooked it, like who are you even trying to convince that this cold fish is freshly made?! I was also told that they prioritize take out orders over dine in despite arriving at 11am when they opened, so keep that in mind if you want to try this place.
