Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. The first thing I noticed about Cathie is she is very nice and easy to talk to. She confirmed that I wanted a full Brazilian. She gave me a towel skirt and asked me to change and lie on the table with the open side up. Once I was ready she came in and made sure I wasn't cold. I do admit even though she tries to be discreet in covering you, you do end up being all out there a bit. Just a heads up! She talked about how she was going to go about things, doing small strips at a time, then tweezing if needed. I felt a huge difference in the less amount of pain the sugaring caused as opposed to waxing. There were still a few areas that were sensitive, but once it was done, it didn't feel sore! She had me help hold the skin at times. At the end she cleans the area and applies a aloe gel. Cathie is by far the most thorough person I have ever had give me a Brazilian. Trust me there was nothing left, she even went though and tweezed the small hairs or anything ingrown. She also did the back area, having me turn on my side. I was so pleased with the entire experience! The full Brazilian cost me $45, very affordable for such a great job! I have returned to Cathie numerous times since the first. She always makes me feel comfortable and we chat the whole time! She keeps a little file about you, how your hair is and what she did last time she saw you. So I have to admit I was 15 minutes late for my appointment which is understandable but they could've just rebooked me if it was gonna be such a big deal and after I got my nails done I got trim and a little bit of bangs. Well I called back because one of my nails had already broken off and I explained to them that I didn't feel comfortable seeing the same girl but the receptionist jake kept pushing and pushing and making me feel more uncomfortable until the point where I wanted to speak with a manager. The manager I spoke with was very nice and assured me if I came back to get my nail fixed everything would be ok and no judgment. But boy was she wrong. The lady that did my nails was so rude I waved to her and said hi and she just looked at me and walked in the place. And not to mention so rough because I explained to the manager the reason it took 2 1/2 hours to do my nails was because she didn't use the drill and just used a nail file. Well I can see why she didn't use a drill because she chopped my fingers up trying to fix her job she did the first time. And than she started to shame me because when I waved to her I was having a smoke and said well you can't have your nails white because you smoke and they will turn yellow right away. Just an all together horrible experience there. And the guy who cut my hair I felt like he was judging me because I had just had my nails done and my makeup was done and he said "oh where are you going to a big party?" And I asked for a trim to try and get all my ends not looking so fried. And not a straight across cut and as I was explaining to him he just brushed me off like ya ya I know what you are talking about. But clearly he didn't and not to mention my bangs he fucked them up doesn't even look like bangs. I will never be going back here and will advise everybody I know not to go to this place just because of the disrespect that I was given by the employees there and not to mention after I went back and got the nail fixed the exact same one broke in the exact same spot horrible. Years ago I used to work in the hair industry (head office) and have had my share of stylists, so I have to say I really enjoy a stylist who is confident enough to give you recommendations and tips based on your hair type but yet is not overly pushy. She cut the cuticles on my big toes so short that they bled. The nail polish was not pulled down to the very end of the cuticle and there was a small space left there already.
