We're so pleased with the maintenance work that it makes us wish that we had known them in 2006 because we're sure that if they had done the original work, none of the subsequent maintenance and adjustments would have been necessary. They left nails and shingles all over our property and never came back to clean it up. Recently we had their sales manager out to do an inspection and it was determined the entire roof needed to be replaced. Since this report was filed BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE, they will not return my calls, emails, etc. I am now taking further legal action to have my roof replaced as it was done wrong.
