I filled out the form online at night and Chris was at my house the next day to provide a quote. The price seemed reasonable and the other company I contacted for a quote never got back to me so my husband and I decided to go with Derek's Tree Service. I guess they had a change of heart and started yell at the workers up the tree. So they called Brad and he told the workers to stop so they did with the job half finished. and Brad said I still had to pay full price even if the job was not finished. I said no and he told me that if I didn't pay in full he would submitt the bill to a collections and ruin me credit . This guy is a crook.

We chose Brad's Tree Service company after meeting with several tree companies, because we felt confident that they would be able to do this big job properly, safely, and without causing any damage to our home. We called their references and each one was outstanding. The work was done over a period of two full days. We found Brad and his team to be incredibly professional, hard-working, neat, organized, knowledgeable, competent, and quite entertaining! You will not find a more honest tree care company than Ashleys Tree Care. I cannot say enough good…read morethings about them. We had a massive norweigan maple that was dying. It hung over our driveway, ours and our neighbours houses, the street, and was growing through power lines. Ashley's was one of four companies (of over a dozen) that said they could do it, and one of only two that actually came through with a quote. They were significantly cheaper than their competitor, but it was still a ~$25k removal. Instead of taking our money and running to the bank, Ashley pushed back, and told us we should pursue an alternative with the city. Our tree was a boundary tree, and there were mechanisms in place to make the city share responsibility. We followed Ashleys advice, and 6 months later the tree has been fully removed by the city. We did not have to contract any arborist, but the good honest advice from Ashleys saved us $25k (or $40k, if we'd been stuck with their competitor). They gave ust that advice even though it was against their own best interest. They've won a customer for life through their honesty, and we will absolutely be using them for any future pruning or tree care needs.

The lot had been untouched for 30 years with a massive amount of cedar and buckthorne present. Dave arrived with the massive chipper and his "Komatsu" bobcat with a variety of attachments. He was methodical in his work and I was in awe how he handled the rubber track Bobcat. Working until darkness on 2 nights he not only cleared my lot but took the time in the dark to spread and pack the chipped material and provide me with a temporary driveway. Titan's Tree Service provided a "chip drop" to my property, in which the entire trunk of the tree…read morewas buried. I am quite confident that they charged their client an additional fee to remove the tree and then DUMPED the trunk on my property. They were notified by the chip drop service that I was unhappy and that they should contact me within 5 business days, which they DID NOT do. DO NOT do business with this company! They do not follow ethical guidelines!
