We couldn't have asked to meet a more down to earth person in Johnny when he came to our home to give us a quote. And not just down to earth, but honest and a man of integrity!!! He saved us $500 or more with his suggestion. Instead of jumping on sealing the deal, he told us that we could save ourselves the money by buying a saw pole at Costco and doing the job ourselves. He saw that it was a job that we could do and he explained in detail exactly how and what we should do. It's so nice to know that there are still honest people out there with integrity that don't just want to take advantage of people. In a world that is so cut-throat, it's so refreshing to know that there are still people like Johnny. He has revived our faith in mankind! We will most DEFINITELY give his company the next tree job we have that we can't handle and most certainly recommend him to anyone we know that needs tree services. This is truly customer service at its BEST!!! Thank you Johnny and Northshore Tree Experts!!!

Recently used Lakeside Tree Experts and they did an outstanding job. Received great customer…read moreservice from owner Scott who returned my email within the hour. Scott was very careful and thoughtful about which trees needed to be removed and patiently answered my questions. His quote was slightly higher than the other 2, but I got the impression they were worth it, and they were. It was obvious that Scott wasn't interested in clear cutting but was dedicated to providing solutions to keep our current trees healthy. I cannot stress how important it is to get this kind of work done right. You can't just buy 40 foot trees. Owner Scott was professional and patient to show me which trees were dying and which trees could thrive. His team were friendly, efficient, skilled and went above and beyond (spoke to my neighbour about the work that was about to happen along the property line and friendly to other neighbours who interacted with them). Owner Scott did a walk about after the work was done to ensure I was happy. I would highly recommend Lakeside Tree Service. These guys know what they're doing and they do it really well. Looking forward to using them again and again.

This old maple is in an awkward spot in the backyard, not accessible to his chipper through my gate, so we worked with my neighbour to access tree from her yard. I had never hired Arborist-services before , so I was new at this hiring process. So,.after speaking with several ISA certified arborists, I decided to hire Zen Tree care , primarily because his estiimates and explanations of work needed were nicely detailed and easy to follow and because of his pleasant and very professional and easy to understand, scientific manner when I first spoke with him on the phone . Archie of Zen tree care is truly professional , in all aspects of his work--- before , during and after the the job at hand . He provides clear and detailed explanations and detailed cost estimates with different available options before he started . He does not pressure-sell , rush or urge you to do the job now ASAP , like most the other Arborists I contacted . His excellent clean up of brush and wood was prompt and delivered on the promised time and his final price was exactly as estimated ---no surprises . And his prices were very fair and reasonable !!
