Not only did the treatments not work after a year of routinely coming in, when I called to discuss my concerns again (which I had raised in person numerous times) about how I felt misled with seeing no progress and feeling continual pressure to purchase more packages because "it works for everyone", Johnna told me I was "horrible and disgusting" and went on a rant about the level of hairiness of women by ethnicity. I'm speechless. Johnna will tell you how her laser is state of the art, amazing, and it costs more than a house, but there is nothing magical about this laser. I had a terrible experience with Botox a few years ago due to a naturally low brow/ something that Dr. Ellern immediately noticed. I couldn't be more happy with the filler results. She called the center to see if she can extend the expiration date since her gynecologist strongly advised against the laser hair removal treatment during pregnancy (for obvious reasons) but the staff refused to accomodate her despite the circumstances. We couldn't even gift it to someone else because it's an hour drive from NYC and no one other than my sister lived in the area. Both Living Social and Lee Center for Facial Plastic Surgery refused to refund the purchase or extend the expiration date for the deal and I ended up wasting my money. If a medical office cannot accomodate their patients, especially for reasons surrounding a pregnancy, I can only imagine the subpar quality of service they would offer. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with this establishment.

I hope this review warns customers and it also helps your business improve its customer service. --- Review Be very careful using this facility. Everything about this business is a scam. I was lucky enough to go with my wife to her appointment for a treatment last week and the experience was so unprofessional, I had to write this review. My wife a week in advance had called Dr. Natasha and an appointment was set for 3:30pm. On the day of the appointment, Dr. Natasha called my wife asking if her appointment could be 3pm due to the Doctor needing to "get in the car and get her kids off the bus". My wife took an extra hour off work and we travelled to the faculty. The faculty is hard to find and once you locate it, it is on the second floor of a group of retailers squeezed into what was a hotel or something to that nature. Entering the reception, it can only seat four people and is very small. My wife was asked to fill out the questionnaire and we waited in the waiting room. Bear in mind, we were asked to come early. After a 20 minute wait, my wife was asked to go into the room. We notice during our wait that two other women has gone into the doctors room and each maybe spent 5 minutes at the most in the room before being seemingly ushered out after they were seen too. One of the ladies upon leaving tr room questioned the receptionist as to why her treatment was not a long as her normal appointments. This doctor was in a rush. Without looking at my wife's charts, the doctor asked what her appointment was for. This is the same doctor who spoke to my wife regarding the appointment so at this point the alarm bells are sounding. My wife told the doctor (again) that she has never done any treatments etc before and the doctor reminded her that the process was simple. (Note that Dr.Natasha told my wife that the treatment was $79....did not say anything else). "Simply come in, have a treatment and the cost is $79." Within 5 minutes, the doctor performed the treatment clearly rushed for time and then informed my wife of when she could make her next appointment... My wife was puzzled and asked the doctor what she was talking about. I knew what was about to happen (the classic bait and switch). Dr. Natasha "Well, it works in a package of four or eight and this reduced rate is a special. If you purchase a package of four or eight, it's $79 per session IF you pay upfront." "You can pay for four or eight sessions and once you pay we apply a discounted rate...otherwise it is $119 a treatment". As you could imagine my wife's response: "Dr, I asked about a treatment and told you I was not familiar about how any of this works. You should of told me that the special was a part of a package and not simply to come in and have a treatment for $79". Immediately the doctor became very defensive and tried to note that treatments work in packages. She also noted that she has NEVER had an issue like this in 12 years. I work in sales and this doctor is a crook. My wife understood what was happening and questioned the doctor on NOT notified of: A) $79 not being a one time fee B) A package needing to be purchased C) The rates of packages D) The demand that the customer pays for the whole package upfront. E) Why the treatment was done so quickly. My wife questioned further and the doctor who was in a rush to try to get her children was at this point frustrated because she knew we were aware of what was happening. Finally, I spoke up and told the receptionist and the doctor that what was happening was a classic bait and switch. A bait and switch is a sales ploy that a company offers you a service or product and once it has been performed or a purchase is about to happen a switch of pricing occurs. I questioned why there was no material on the website or catalogues with regards to pricing? The doctor was speechless and accepted that SS was not getting hundreds of dollars. They could not answer the fact of how it was no a bait and switch. We also noted to them that money was not an issue for us and we would of happily paid for a package IF WE WERE NOTIFIED ABOUT IT WHEN MY WIFE INITIALLY ENQUIRED. We paid the $79 dollar charge knowing that we would not be returning and my requess to speak to management have not been returned. I will update this review with news.

The receptionist is also great by working with your schedule. They always let you know if they had someone cancel to fit you in at a sooner time. Hands down one of the top Laser centers in Northern Jersey!
