Dear Chris, AAA contracted your towing company to go help my husband bring his car home from work. He was standing out by the car for over 2hrs. I called AAA babk and apparently your driver lied stating he went to the location. It's not a difficult address. I called your company to see why my husband had to wait over two hours... the rudest lady answered said "we'll get someone out there!" And hung up on me!! I needed a 100 mile tow. AAA booked Aguiars towing on Tuesday, Aug 17 for a 1030 am pickup. I waited 2 hours. No one showed up. I called AAA multiple times and kept getting "delayed". By the time I got the new eta of between 4-5 pm, I knew they weren't going to show. At 3pm, Aguiars said to call someone else because they couldn't get there. Likely they didn't want to do the 100 mile tow. I am lucky I wasn't stuck on the side of the road waiting for this rinky dink laughable company. Hopefully they get their contract w AAA cancelled. I see I am not the first / only person stuck in a situation to get blown off by Aguiars. Terrible customer service. If you know you can't do the job, decline it from the get-go. Leaving people high and dry on the side of the road, ditch, whatever is unprofessional at the very least. I don't recommend rolling the dice and seeing if you get lucky with Aguiars. Use someone else, or don't say you weren't warned. read more

Worse company ever. We broke down on the I15S @ Roy Rogers Drive and called AAA. I have a 2004 Dodge 3500 Dually. AAA dispatched Aguiar's Towing but the first time they said the could not tow a truck with a trailer when I told the dispatcher I did not have a trailer. 2nd time they were dispatched they called and asked what size was my RV??? Then the next time they said I was not in their jurisdiction which I was. I sat on the freeway from 3:30pm til 9:30 pm and never received service from Aguiar's Towing. The dispatcher was extremely rude and does not know the meaning of customer service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I'm a AAA member and got stuck on the side of the cajon pass going southbound down the hill in a bad spot, 27 weeks pregnant, and the sun was going down already. Originally my arrival time for a tow would have been 10 o'clock at night. I called them and explained my situation and they had one of their trucks there within 30 minutes. My car wouldn't start so I called AAA to get roadside assistance. They were contracted with Aguiar's Towing and sent someone out to check my battery before deciding if I needed a tow. They gave me a time of about 45 minutes but Noel from Aguiar's Towing called about 25-30 minutes later stating that he was about 5 minutes away. Noel was very professional and courteous. He provided a free diagnostic of my battery and the starter. I discovered that it was my battery that was dead. Noel gave me the option to purchase a battery from him, as a AAA member, and he would install it. Although there were probably cheaper batteries at Walmart or AutoZone, I did not want to risk driving to a store and my car possibly turning off while at a stop light. Also the battery that Noel was selling came with a 6 year warranty. I decided to purchase the battery with Noel. He installed the battery and answered any questions I had. He provided me with a print out of the diagnostic test and provided great customer service. I enjoyed talking with him and I was glad that he was the one who came out to help me that day. I would definitely recommend Aguiar's Towing to anyone in the area needing a tow or emergency roadside assistance. Thanks Aguiar's! read more

I used AAA and this company was used for my tow. I receive a call from their dispatch stating they have no available drivers, so they will pick up the vehicle next day by 8am. My daughter and I came from out of town for a funeral. So, we got a ride from family, so we would not miss school and work. Next day, call their dispatch they have no record of tow. So I call AAA, not only do they show request for tow from them but when I make arrangements for the tow, Aguiar is dispatched again, so after 24 hours vehicle is finally picked up. read more

I couldn't be happier about the customer service from Aguiar's Towing I received today. Last night my car seemed a bit possessed by a poltergeist . Wouldn't start, dash lights were flashing, the windshield wipers were slowly moving when the keys weren't even in the ignition! Chaos! Thought it was the battery, but it didn't react to the jump start at all. My crazy brain started thinking it must be something else, something expensive of course. So first thing this morning i call the dealer and AAA to get a tow. That's when Brian showed up ready to tow me to my destination, but first he wanted to check if the car would start with his handy dandy handheld jump starter........and it did. But, then it didn't. He recommended having the battery tested first before towing it. Well, that's when Jose joined the party. He tested it and low and behold, it was the battery all along. José's great customer service and knowledge were helpful in getting my day started once he replaced the battery, I was off and running. If not for Brian being well trained and José being an expert in his trade, it could have turned out as a much different day. The customer service I received from both of them was excellent . Called to get a quote, woman was pretty pushy and very unprofessional. Didn't listen to customer needs. Was trying to set up a tow and had to wait for another party to be available. She kept calling and texting and then acted like dumb like she didn't know what an "invoice" was. Then when she gave me attitude, I told her I would go with another company, she responded with texts that were not only immature but very unprofessional of a business! I had a flat tire with a large piece of metal in the tire. I called AAA and they sent Aguiars towing to come help me. The worker did not know where in my car the tools were to change my tire. When I looked it up myself and told him, he told me the tools he needed were not there in my car. I had him check three times. He put air in my tire and said I would be fine to drive home. He left. Two minutes later on my way home my tire was flat again. I was stranded on a two way busy road with my three year old. I had to call AAA again and wait another hour. A driver showed up at 5 and refused to tow my vehicle to anywhere other than a CHP yard. When I declined that location he said another truck would arrive in 15 mins. What can I say, We called AAA for a new battery, mine was dead. AAA called this place and we waited patiently for them. We were told 30 minutes, an hour later and we tried by calling again and expected them again in 30 minutes and yet again a no show . We called once more and we're told the guy came by and we were not home.and he canceled us. Liar, we even checked the security cam and NO, we saw a few cats but no truck or a person. I didn't get the man's name but my experience with him was absolutely hands down the best I ever had with any other towing company. he was so nice and helpful. he seen I was having a hard day and chose to help me and not even look at my AAA card. On fourth of July I was traveling with my toddler and ended up stranded in an unfamiliar area with a flat tire. I called A couple other towing companies in the area and no one could help me. When I called Aguiar's towing I was in tears worried how I was going home and the lady Blanch from dispatch was so kind and helpful she was able to let me know exactly where her driver was and how long it was going to take them to get to me she was able to help me calm down and assure me I was going to be able to get home. The driver got to me and was able to quickly help me out and get me back on the road. I would highly recommend Aguiar's towing as it's clear customer service is a priority! read more

Very arrogant driver. We waited for almost three hours in the sun and for him to tell us they couldn't tow the car. After several calls to aaa and explaining the situation they came out and towed the car and we were told by the driver that they were doing us a favor. I believe they get paid for their services, that's not a favor. Just not nice people. read more

Our Sprinter van broke down near Hisperia and we called AAA, for a 90mile tow. Aguiars arrived 1.5h from quoted time (we were waiting in 100F in the sun). I have a medical condition and a service dog that alerts me of the onset of symptoms. The driver refused to let the dog ride in the cab and said the dog had to ride inside the broken van (which the inside temp was registering 117F). Not only the dog would have died in such condition, I could have had a medical emergency. By law, this is illegal. When I spoke to AAA, they said the company documented the driver was allergic to dogs. This was a lie, the driver was in front of me saying he was ok, but needed the ok of the manager. We waited another 2h for a different tow, and almost died of heat stroke. The driver left and did not even offer us a water. read more
