I was charged $285 for an airline repair plus 2 hours of labor, which seems excessive for the work performed. When I politely questioned the pricing, the mechanic responded unprofessionally and even threatened to remove the hoses, which felt completely inappropriate and intimidating. To make matters worse, they initially said they would not accept credit cards, but then suddenly did -- only to add a last-minute 5% credit card fee that was never disclosed upfront. Between the unexpected extra charge and the overall inflated billing, it felt like I was being double charged. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior made this a frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend getting clear written estimates and confirming payment terms beforehand, or considering a different shop altogether.

Jesse did a great job replacing the battery. In fact, the first one tested low in charge, so he swapped it out for another one. Then, it turned out my auxiliary battery also needed to be replaced, which he also did. Throughout the process, the business was polite and their secretary, Red, kept in constant communication with me via text message to confirm appointments and update me on Jesse's ETA in the field. The pricing was clear and reasonable, and everything was put back immaculately in my car after the repair (the batteries sit under the front passenger seat). Once the transmission was back in the car, I was unable to remove the oil fill plug and stripped it badly. West Coast Fleet sent out a repair truck within an hour of my call. The technician that responded was confident from the get-go that he could get the plug out so that I could finish the repair. Within an hour the job was finished. The plug was removed without damaging either the transmission or the threads. I could not be happier with the customer services from West Coast. Additionally, their truck and technician was clean.
