If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in with a clear transmission issue, and this shop…read morecompletely failed to diagnose it properly. They never checked the transmission fluid level, which is basic and critical -- especially when a car is slow to engage gears. Instead of doing a real inspection, the guy kept guessing what the problem was and arguing with me like he knew, even though he wasn't even the one working on the car. Total lack of professionalism. And on top of that, they tried to upcharge me on everything without giving a proper breakdown or explanation. This shop either doesn't know what they're doing or they just don't care. Either way, avoid this place if you actually want honest service or real answers about your car. Not only that but drinking Pacifico's on the clock is super unprofessional waste of $120

This company is amazing. On a Sunday, first day of vacation our truck broke down in Adelanto. The…read moreonly repair shop that responded was Gallardo's. We followed him to his shop where he had us park our truck and trailer overnight until he could get parts the following Monday to do the repairs. We were on our way again Monday afternoon when almost to Lundy Lake our truck broke down again. Same problem ( the part he received was defective) Luis (owner of the company) had to make two round trips, 400 miles each to repair our truck. With sincere honesty I can't imagine another company doing that. I just cannot give enough praise to Luis and his company. He truly is one of a kind.

After my rear running lights stopped working, I took my truck to another repair shop in South…read moreCentral Los Angeles. They replaced the light sockets, and everything appeared to be fixed. The mechanic turned on the lights, and they worked perfectly--until later that same evening, when the problem returned. I brought my truck to Certified II and explained what had happened. They got right to work, and about three hours later they called to let me know it was ready. When I arrived, the technician, Omar, took the time to clearly explain the electrical issue and exactly what he had done to repair it. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Cody at the front counter was equally professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. On top of providing excellent service, they gave me a military discount and even washed my truck before returning it. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but Certified II does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional automotive repair. They've earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for future service.

I had a horrible experience at this shop. We went in for a problem with our vehicle cutting out…read more They did a diagnostic test on the vehicle and said it was a sensor problem. The receptionist also said, the mechanic noticed you have a bad timing belt and it needs to be replaced. We were inexperienced and fell for the scam. The sensor they replaced was no where near the timing belt. It costed us an additional$ 450.00. Two weeks later the problem came back. Beware of these scammers. They probably didn't even change the timing belt or the sensor. We took our vehicle to a different mechanic he replaced the right sensor and we had no further problems. This is one of the worst shop in Victorville. If you are a single woman don't go here by yourself.
