We did turn up early for out 8:30 booking, however were left sitting downstairs until 8:50 which was over an hour.
We appreciate it was busy, however the previous guests ran late causing delays to us. Expectation management is important, and if we had turned up at 8:30 on the dot for our booking, I would have expected to be shown to a table.
We were provided with some good bread, however, notwithstanding the thick slice and butter quill, $6 per person for a half slice of sourdough is quite hefty. As indeed were the steaks pricey.
My one glowing compliment would be the house mustard. Please sell that separately in the future, it is very good. read more
