For the most part, there are different styles of clothes on the different racks. They organized their clothes by color and the type of clothing, so white tops were on one rack, black bottoms were below, etc. Usually there are just one size, which they call "free size." Once you find something you like you have to tell the lady you want it so she can radio it in on the headset so she can bring you a brand new one that is still in the plastic package. I kind of like this concept because you know you are getting a brand new item to take home, one that doesn't have everyone's nasty oils on it. :P They also have a clearance section. If you thought you'd be overwhelmed with the main part of the store, just wait until you go to the clearance section! This is overwhelming..lots of clothes everywhere that's only organized by type like tops and bottoms. They also have accessories throughout the store like cute hats, handbags, wallets and jewelry. They have a very small shoe selection as well. When we went they had a promotion that if you spent over a certain amount you could get a free glass Tupperware! We spent over the amount and got it, but was too heavy to carry around to the other countries we were visiting so we left it with our cousin in HK. I thought that was a really cool promotion!

They have a lot of really small items that can be used in ity-bity tiny living spaces. They sell Japan made Daiso products. I'd say the quality of the products are not so great. So, don't be upset if the life span of the products you buy here don't last past 6 months. I'd only come here if I knew I needed something simple and disposable, like baking tins. If you're having a kids party, this would be a great place to buy little things for the gift bags. The aisles here are pretty congested so look really hard if you're looking for something specific. It's there somewhere crammed between the kitchen towels and hanging curtain rods.

If there's anything you're looking to buy, you'll probably be able to find it here. There are a couple of $12 shops around HK but my favorite one to go to is at Fashion Walk, near the Excelsior Hotel. This is one of the bigger and newer ones and everything is very nicely laid out. There are actually two $12 shops in Causeway Bay - the other one is on Canal Road East, opposite Times Square, but that one is quite old so I much prefer coming to this one at Fashion Walk. Some great buys I've had from the $12 shop include a piece of cloth that I bought to make a sleeping mask as a Mother's Day present. The reason why I decided to look here was because if I bought them at the market I would probably have to pay for a huge sheet, and that's not necessary for me because I'm just making a sleeping mask. I assumed that the cloth they sell at the $12 would be just a small sheet - but I was wrong. They didn't have that many designs but there was a really nice floral pattern that stood out, but all the sheets were huge! I could probably make 30 sleeping masks with that cloth. And for only $12, this was definitely a good deal. Another thing that's great to buy here is gift bags and gift boxes to hold presents. They have a ton of cute designs and they're inexpensive too! The $12 shop really is a one stop shop for all your shopping needs. I really enjoy shopping here because the aisles are wide and the shop never gets too crowded. I will say that I'm a little hesitant to try some of their things though. I haven't quite gathered up the courage to try their $12 eye shadow and $12 lipstick - but maybe someday!

Aside from Japanese items, you can also shop all the produces from around the World! How about some D24 durian?! They even have LIVE Australian Lobsters available. Mind Blown! You might not able to find some special European import truffle or balsamic oil but I am just happy to shop here everyday! The other floor has more household products which I found them A-OK but did not wow me. For more selection, I suggest going to CSB or other bigger shopping centres. The new Japanese skin care selection on the 2nd floor though quite promising!

Located on Leighton Road, this huge Jack Wills is well away from the hustle and bustle of Causeway…read moreBay. Its exterior, with the large shop windows and signature gold lettering, is recognizable from about a mile away. This outlet is the first and the biggest outlet in HK. Because of its size, it's really well stocked - you'll be able to find a good range of summer dresses, formal wear and accessories here. I love how spacious the store is - there's plenty of walking space and unlike many stores in HK where everything is so packed you just feel claustrophobic, this particular Jack Wills has the luxury of space and is very nicely laid out. Upon stepping into Jack Wills from its main entrance (there's another entrance that is closer to Times Square), you will notice that there are two floors and from there you can either walk up or down. The female section and accessories used to be on the higher floor, but a couple of months back they flipped it and now it's on the lower floor. I guess because there's slightly more floor space downstairs? I'm not sure. The style at Jack Wills needs no introduction - it's more geared at the younger (and richer - the stuff here isn't cheap!) population. It's really collegiate-y and very preppy. If you're into more Asian fashion and are inspired by Japanese and Korean look books, this probably is not what you're looking for. I kind of regard Jack Wills as a British Abercrombie & Fitch, and as with A&F, the prices here can run quite high. The plainest of t-shirts are at least $180 and you can expect to pay upwards of $600 for one of their iconic summer dresses. To be fair, the cutting of their dresses is extremely flattering and they come in all sorts of prints and colors, but I honestly don't think they're worth the price. Jack Wills has one of the coolest changing rooms I've ever seen - it didn't use to be this way when females' was still on the floor above, but ever since its relocation, the changing rooms are actual bedrooms, complete with Jack Will's signature pink and navy wallpaper and a bed! The last time I used their changing rooms was back in I think April, so I don't know if that's still how it is, but I was certainly shocked when I was led into a bedroom when I asked to try something on! Overall, Jack Wills is a nice place to do some window shopping. It's spacious, the staff are polite but not pushy and it never gets crowded. The prices run pretty high so other than a pair of shorts I've never actually bought anything here, but I'll still come by if I'm in the area just to take a quick look.

My sis bought skincare items and the merchandise did not come with a carrier. I get it that we need to protect the environment and use less paper, etc etc.. But this a bit much. My sis has to put her purchase and stuffed it in her designer leather bag. The only thing I like is the grocery store in basement two. So many things to buy and many interesting food items to check out. And yep, we stuffed our groceries in our designer bags too :( Extremely crowded on weekdays evenings and all day on weekends.
