We have been very pleased with the service and tanning bed choices at the New Berlin Location. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is super-convenient right off the highway and on our way to lots of places. We have gotten a really nice base tan and had the added benefit of getting sunshine throughout the long Wisconsin winter. Maybe it's a guilty pleasure... but we love it.

We were planning to get manicures, but with that attitude, we promptly left and took our business elsewhere. The next time I went in was to tan in the beds. Again, it was just "meh". The prices were outrageously expensive for any sort of "package" (aren't those supposed to be a better deal than the single use!?). The beds seemed outdated. They looked outdated, there were little fans in the rooms to cool you, instead of built-in fans in the beds. There were CD players? With radios in them? Very outdated. No music playing, so while tanning it was awkwardly quiet. Not to mention they don't offer any type of discount or package for students. And no I'm not talking high school students, I'm talking college students who pay thousands of dollars for an education who do not have $100 + to buy a monthly tanning package. Poor service, outdated equipment, &overpriced for what you get. A very "meh" experience.

When we arrived we were taken for a "tour" only to be left in the locker room, it wasn't until 30 minutes in, after just standing around, we learned there was a lounge and relaxation room. There was no convenient way to access this room. We were taken to it through doors labeled "staff only" The massage itself was severely underwhelming. She basically rubbed lotion on me for 50 minutes, there was no skill or technique to the massage. Overall, it was just a very disappointing experience. I will never return or recommend this spa

I love my spray tan!! Before having a spray tan by Sarah I…read morethought spray tans made you orange and splotchy but I was wrong! Sarah came to my house (so convenient), sprayed me and left me with an even, great looking tan! I received so many compliments on my tan and people were amazed I had such a natural look without having to hop in the tanning bed. The best part is I can have a spray party and get my tan for FREE!
