(It was seriously insane I would share pictures but that would obviously be highly inappropriate) I had to go back in for them to finish the job. Very disappointing and painful! /: Last week I got my hair cut and styled so I left the salon happy but when I showered and dried my hair the next day it was completely uneven and choppy. I went in to ask the stylist to fix it and she actually asked me if I cut my own hair after I left the day before..... she "fixed" it but it's still one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had and was very over-priced. I would never recommend this salon to anyone for any service.

They were professional, friendly, fun and on time -- actually, they arrived EARLY to our hotel on a Saturday! We scheduled an 8:30 a.m. arrival and they got there by 8:15 a.m. and were ready to roll. Most importantly, the entire team was incredibly talented at hair and make-up. I had Elizabeth as my personal stylist. We met about a month before the wedding and did a hair/make-up trial that put me at ease to know I would be happy with her services on the Big Day. But she did an even BETTER job for the actual wedding day than her already fantastic trial run. Elizabeth has a sweet and calming disposition, which was so nice to be around on a stressful wedding morning. Everyone who saw my hair was floored at how cool and beautiful it looked. And it held up all night! Even through lots of crazy dancing. I gave Elizabeth examples from Pinterest and she was able to mimic them and even improve upon them. As for my make-up, I was going for something that looked like me but a little more glam'd up. Elizabeth did exactly that and I was so pleased. The make-up also stayed on the entire night. The rest of the stylists did a phenomenal job on my bridal party's and moms' hair/make-up. And they were so efficient! I can't say enough good things about this salon. Definitely feel confident in them if your'e thinking about choosing them to do your bridal make-up and hair!

We searched online and found this shop not far from our hotel. After calling and getting lost for the 7 minute ride (lol), we drove up with our service dogs in tow. The staff didn't even blink or give us a hard time about the animals. We really appreciated that! The salon was clean and open. It was very busy but they got to us and we didn't feel rushed. We both got a detox pedicure. I nearly fell asleep in the chair and my friend was humming! That's good work!!! Both dogs took naps! Happiness all around! The staff offered cold beverages and a menu of services. We felt pretty and pretty relaxed when we left. I highly recommend this business. Go looking for it. Judging from the amount of business, they are very popular. Judging from the service, they deserve it!!!

I've never had a bad service here whether it be a massage, facial or mani/pedi. Staff is very professional. 3. Being a guest at the spa gives you access to a locker and the gym for the day including the classes. Awesome perk! 4. I had a somewhat bizarre experience here the last time, which I will not get into since it was really not the fault of the spa. All the same, the staff was very apologetic and the manager was quick to offer up free services on my next visit. Things I don't love: 1. Locker room feels a little cramped and gets pretty crowded. Not the tranquil respite I would hope for on a weekend. Think bachelorette parties, etc and there's no separate waiting room. 2. The facility in general feels a little dated. Could use some updates and sprucing up. All in all, I like coming here. My mom and I will meet up here for mom/daughter spa days as its a great meeting point for us and I've always enjoyed myself.

Pros -Sauna, steam room, hot tub, and gym included with a treatment -Staff is friendly and polite -Plenty of water, towels, soap, hygiene products -Clean Cons -Pricing -Outdated facility -Small and loud -Cheap/uncomfortable sandals My massage therapist was lovely and I enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms. The actual service was in no way worth the cost. Everything about the resort is overpriced, but I was hopeful the treatment would be worth the expense. It wasn't. This is a review of the makeup application service while in town for a wedding…read more The ease of scheduling an appointment, rolling out of the red carpet upon arrival and general hospitality is without a doubt four stars. My makeup however, was a one out of five stars and it is safe to say I would never circle back for another run. I asked prior to scheduling if the artist had experience applying makeup to all skin tones and was assured of same. The outcome was honestly the worst. So much so that I left the salon and was driven by the Mr. to a local store to buy makeup wipes. He went in to buy the makeup removal wipes to save me the embarrassment. He also blurted out when he first saw me, "OMG, it looks hideous. What happened!?". And he also said "I told you so". After the makeup was applied, I informed the MUA that it was unflattering IMO and she assured me the lighting made it difficult for me to see properly. She even tried to lighten it a little when I explained that it was not my shade. It reminded me of the makeup application of a 50 something year old deceased female more than 15 years ago when embalming fluid darkened the skin making the makeup and face of the loved one largely unrecognizable. I was seriously pre-1990 casket ready. Hahaha. I paid the full amount ($45) plus gratuity because the MUA did her best and she was very nice. Going forward, I would not schedule service without pictures of their work. That said, I would return for a massage or nail service. The friendliness of the staff members was everything I could ask for.
