When you call and leave a message, the recording promises a response within thirty minutes and suggests sending an email. I have tried both only to be ignored in two ways. So far I have only gotten responses days later or when I've said that I'll take my business elsewhere. After the second time waiting days for a promised response, I followed through on my own promise and hired someone else. When I shared that with them, they threatened to blacklist me to all the other process servers in the area. Please, don't hire this company, and definitely don't bother with rush service if you do.
