His hours are mistated. He works something like from 6AM to 7Am, and then from 8PM to 9PM. And…read moreonly about 3 days a week. It took forever. He makes frequent extreme typos, getting people's names wrong, crazy sexual profanity autocorrect errors. He gets pissed off that you ask him to correct them, and he didn't even correct them all. I had to turn in the proof of service to the federal Court with a bunch of errors on it. The workplace of one witness told him I'm required to pay them $275 to serve their employee. I provided them both direct cited quotes of the federal laws that say it's $40 to the witness - not to the department. Brandon refused to serve the witness, and still charged me. I should get my $90 back. He also failed to leave the documents with an adult who said they would provide it to the witness, for the other witness. Neither witness got served. Waste of 6 weeks of time, $170, and scheduling depositions with a Court reporter because of Brandon's unprofessionalism.

He promised the first attempt would be the same night if I got the papers to him that day, I did so but he did not. That night he promised the first attempt would be the next morning. My daughter and I continued to call throughout the day for an update and got no answer. By 4:30 pm he answered, being short and sounded annoyed with us he said he would get updated from the "team" that went out in the morning. Still no answers, then we messaged him trying to say we aren't trying to rush but the papers had to be served by 10:00am and we are worried this did not happen sense we haven't gotten a real update. Finally I spoke with him making him understand that we are now out of time and he seemed so nice, was willing to find a way to make things work, he said he would email me the proof of service or declaration that he couldn't get the person served by 10 or 10:30 pm. When it was passed 11pm I sent a text message saying nothing he promised happened and now my daughters case is in jeopardy and so is my granddaughters safety. He response was so rude, saying if I can stop being rude to him he "MIGHT" send the declaration he promised. Now I'm out of $105.00 and my daughters case is most likely not valid and she will have to do all that work again!! Worst experience of my life!!! This man is so unkind.
