I was told she would be there 4-5 hours (she was there 2 1/2, although that wouldn't have mattered if the house was clean.). When my son-in-law arrived an hour and a half later, she was gone and these photos show the state of things. I notified the agency, assuming this was below their standards and was told it was within their standards and they offered me $25 off my next use of their service.
