I am in foreclosure on my commercial property in San Francisco. I need to stop the foreclosure as…read moresoon as possible. May we speak? Thank you. Teresa Camozzi 415 818 3898 Summary: I am seeking representation from an attorney experienced in insurance litigation, specifically to address a dispute with State Farm Insurance concerning the interpretation of "theft" versus "vandalism" under my property insurance policy. My tenant caused extensive damage to my building, rendering it unrecognizable. In January 2024, the tenant fled, and I discovered the premises in a condition consistent with severe vandalism and the remnants of an unauthorized cannabis operation. The City issued multiple code violations, including those related to cannabis activity (since abated), the removal of fire alarms, and the tenant Terry Sassenburg's construction of an unpermitted second-floor addition. The property also suffered from pervasive mold, rotting sheetrock, broken skylights, and the installation of highly flammable Styrofoam on the ceilings and walls, among other significant hazards. Despite maintaining my State Farm insurance policy for over 24 years, my claim for approximately $100,000 in necessary repairs was largely denied. The insurer provided only about $40,000, covering a portion of lost income and limited repairs. As a direct consequence, the accruing City penalties have reached an unmanageable level. The City has denied any appeal of these violations. I contend that had State Farm fulfilled its obligations under the policy, I would not be facing escalating municipal penalties, substantial lost income, or significant deterioration in my health, and I have evidence to that effect. The property, professionally appraised at $900,000, has been listed for sale since May 2024. Due to its deteriorated condition, the asking price has been reduced from $700,000 to $500,000, yet there has been minimal interest from prospective buyers. Please advise if you are interested in discussing representation in this matter. I look forward to your response. Sincerely TeresaCamozzi 415 818 3898

There is no other person I would want to have my back in a bankruptcy or asset protection situation…read morethan Myles Dresslove. If you are considering hiring him, stop considering and just hire him. It will be the best decision you've ever made. Myles was recommended to me by my insurance appointed attorney as someone who could help me protect my assets. Myles was caring, patient, kind, and most of all, completely on top of all recent and relevant laws. I wish I could give him a big hug for how much he helped me, had my back, and made me feel like I was not alone in a recent situation where I was being sued. It's such a vulnerable place to be - being sued. I had never been sued before so I felt so scared. Had the plaintiff won, I could have been in a very bad situation and would have potentially needed to file for bankruptcy. Myles made it so I was able to walk away with minimal damages. But more importantly, he made me feel comfort in a very uncertain situation. Myles feels like a big buff friend that helps you stand up to bullies who want to meet you after school to have their way with you. He makes you feel like not only can you fight the ambulance chasers, but that you can win, or at very least minimize your damages. Myles TRULY CARES to protect his clients from the scumbags that are coming to sue the pants off of them. His care is evident in the extra time he spends on the phone with you and how much you can tell he really despises the despicable nature of these sue happy types. I cannot recommend Myles enough. Myles, thank you for having my back and for being a shining light for those in dark places.
