Andrew went above and beyond and when I say that, I really mean above and beyond on my matter. It was pretty complex, but he saw it through till the end. I appreciated his hard work and his professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are fair. Thank you Andrew for all the work you did. read more

Andrew Voller, owner, is a thief. Gave him $300 to deliver 2 subpoena's and he delivered one. When I kept asking him when the second subpoena was going to be delivered, he kept saying "we have time and he just got married." He then went radio silent from my calls & emails until I called from a number he didn't recognize and then miraculously he picked up the phone to give the same response. A few days later I drove 130 miles to his office in which he claimed he was going to serve the subpoena that week. All told, 30 days went by and I fired him via email with a demand notice to return my money. I've contacted the Sonoma County clerks office to file a complaint as well as other avenues. If you do a search on the California Secretary of State Business Search website under his name you'll see the California Franchise Tax Board suspended his "process serving" company in Stockton, CA only for him to start another in Santa Rosa. Or you can just read the attached document from that website. Do not use this company or risk your money being stolen. read more

Here is the most current info sent to me; Hi I just filed a complaint against Andrew Voller LDA4U with the Contra Costa district attorney's office. I don't know what will happen but I do know the more people who file the better chances we have of getting retribution. I'm trying to stop him from hurting other people. He's been committing fraud for years, had many kinds of complaints against him but somehow is still in business ripping people off. https://www.contracosta.ca.gov/3173/Consumer-Protection-Civil-Unit I don't know if I'll get my money back but hopefully they'll get enough complaints. I've read in different places other people have filed lawsuits, DA complaints. Don't understand how he didn't get kicked out of Calda or put in jail. Good luck, and I'm sorry this happened to us I hope something good happens for us in return Thx read more

Andrew is a top notch process server. How do I know? I own a process service company in The Bay Area and had occasions to use his service. The address I provided him was bad but when he reported the results to me he had found the correct service address for me already and it was literally across the state. For process service work he's a winner. read more

Andrew will scam you! Takes your $, files your paperwork wrong mishandles your case, doesn't call you back. I've had to actually hire an attorney to clean up his mess. Andrew charged me $1200 and blew me off. He is sloppy, disorganized, dismissive. he does not get back to you in a timely manner. He doesn't follow through on the things he tells you. He filed papers with wrong party. He promised a professional certified process server. Instead He hires his daughter as a process server and she served my papers to the wrong person. I guess that's why she asked to go to her daddy for a job because she's an idiot and no one else will hire her. But then again I think she must take after her father who completely screwed up my case and it's filing in so many ways that I just can't believe that this person is called a legal document specialist. Do not give him your money he is a fraud! Please file a complaint with the Contra Costa district attorneys office if he has scammed you. The more the merrier. also ask PayPal for a refund, although I didn't know this at the time. read more

Beware! I contacted Andrew Voller of LDA4YOU to help me with a small claims matter. I sent Andrew Voller $600.00 as agreed for his service. Two months went by without a call, e-mail or any paper work. I e-mail Andrew Voller to find out why I have not received anything from him, his response : this take time, I felt like I was getting the run around. Andrew Voller didnt even have the facts straight that I gave him in the beginning. I can be patience, so I gave him 4 more months, again, no phone call, e-mail or paper work. I requested a refund of $600 from Andrew Voller , since he was not performing any work on my behalf. So I'm just giving consumers a heads up. I would think twice before I use Andrew Voller who displays this kind of work ethics. Looks like I have another small claims issue. read more

LDA 4 You is located centrally in Santa Rosa, easy on/off freeway to get to his office. You can tell a lot about a person's character when you work with them. I went to Andrew 2x, and unfortunately both times he confirmed it would cost me more than what I would've stood to gain from prevailing. That's the kind of business person he is. He tells you up front he is NOT a lawyer & does NOT dispense any legal info, and he abides by that. Definitely the kind of person I would prefer to do business with under any circumstance. His knowledge and kind manner make him an ideal resource for anyone looking to navigate the court system and ensure they have the correct docs before they arrive. I highly recommend Andrew for anyone who would benefit from his services. read more

Andrew Voller passed away. He died along with my 3000 dollar deposit and no work performed. I am sorry for all of those who find themselves in the same position. The business contacts are shutdown, his wife reached out to me once then disappeared. Prior to his passing I would say all the 1 star reviews are well deserved based on my experience. read more

Andrew seemed wonderful at first. He told me that he will send me a copy of all my paperwork. After I paid $800 for child support case, he promised me email of copy of all paperwork so that I can have them prior to my court date. Well, he didn't follow through. I went in front of a judge after 5 hours of driving, there is no email respond and no copy of paperwork. This guy is a SCAM!!! DO NOT USE his service. I have many other case that I was planning on going back to him, but now I know that there is no affordable legal help. Andrew is just another car salesman. Empty promises and disappointment service is what you will get. read more

Andrew is the best, i am going through a custody battle. If you want bang for the buck andrew is your guy!

We met with Andrew to transfer title of a property into a trust. Andrew reviewed our trust and pointed out that the attorney who had prepared it had left out several important parts of the trust. We arranged with Andrew to rewrite the trust; he produced a complete, organized binder that will make administering the trust much easier in the future. Andrew is friendly and easy to work with; we appreciated his knowledge and skills. read more

Andrew Vollerhas stolen 1000.00 from me. He lied about refunding me after not doing the work he was hired for. He promised by September, then October, then November. I have been trying to get my money back for all this time. Although he admitted to owing it, he has not refunded my money. I now have to file a lawsuit to get it back and make a police report. He has taken months of my time and continues to rip people off. read more

Andrew was great until he got my money. Then he was elusive, his documents had all kinds of errors and he didn't file a necessary form when he was supposed to. I had to have someone else finish up my divorce. Buyer beware. read more

If you need a document prepared, steer clear from Andrew! As one other person stated, he is great until he gets your money. The one and only document that was done in a timely fashion was the day I met him. Then I gave him $2500, plus $495 to finish all my other necessary documents for the court. Once I did this, I had to call and call to try and get documents in, all of which were months apart. Which ultimately led to the dismissal of my case. Why?...You guessed it! The lawsuit complaint wasn't filed on time. And what sucks is that I kept trying to check in with him because I saw the six month deadline, but Andrew kept saying stuff like "we're fine", or "I'll call you Friday to sign", or I would leave a message and never get a call back. Oh! If that wasn't bad enough, Andrew tried to get me to pay the $495 filing fee twice! I had to log into my AMEX account and search for the fee to let him know that I definitely did pay him. You think I'm done? Nope! I got a demurrer on my complaint and had "x" amount of days to oppose, and when Andrew filed it, it got rejected. Why? Because it was about 7 days too late. So I went to court, begged the judge to be understanding to my situation, since I was representing myself, and I was doing everything I could to have things done on time.... The judge said "Dismissed!" due to not having things filed on time. You may think I'm done...but I'm not...almost though The day before I got my A$$ handed to me by the judge, Andrew tried to say I had already filed a complaint that he didn't know about......BUT IT WAS HE WHO PREPARED IT!! WTF!? Definitely not someone I would hire ever again or recommend. read more

Last year my family and I paid an attorney in Santa Rosa 5,500$ to expunge my record because I had completed my probation and was told by said attorney that we would be able to expunge my misdemeanors from my record. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When I went in front of the judge in late August 2018 the judge denied my expungement and told me to come back in one year. As you can imagine, my family and I were completely devastated. Then I met Andrew. Let me tell you that immediately upon meeting him I felt so comfortable and honestly, I felt hope again. He has this great, soothing aura about him and he always makes time for you when you need him. Well, I went back to court, in front of the same judge who told me to come back in a year, 3 months later, on November 28, 2018. He told me I'd been doing a great job and he approved my expungement! I was so incredibly happy. This would not have happened had I never met Andrew Voller. I would recommend his services to ANYONE. read more

Andrew is my uncle through marriage. I hadn't heard anything from him really until I was looking into getting a divorce from my husband of almost 10 years approximately three or four years ago. My then-boyfriend who was investing in the much needed divorce shelled out several hundred dollars to my Uncle Andy turns out I'm not really divorced. I'm not sure besides taking my money what he actually did for me except lie and falsify things that he said that he done that there's no way he did otherwise I would be divorced and already working on custody hearing since I had asked him what was to be done of custody Andrew will not answer any of my calls or texts. I I hate to say it but I'm afraid he probably screwed me. Thanks uncle good looking out. (Smh) read more

Andrew has been such an exceptional resource in all my legal needs. He did my divorce for me a few years back. And it was quite difficult for me trying to file on my own as my now ex-husband had pretty much disappeared and I was unable to serve him. Andrew found him and completed the entire process for me and even worked with me when it came to making payments for the process, since I'm a single mom. I've since gone back and had multiple other things completed. I'm always satisfied with the outcome and speed at which things are processed. And as a person, he's so warm and wonderfully welcoming. He has been incredibly kind when I've been in his office blubbering like an infant. He's sincere and knowledgable, and if he doesn't have the answer, he definitely finds the answer quickly. I highly recommend him to everyone! read more

My experience with Andrew was the most smooth, stress free, professional and honest experience I have had. I would highly recommend Andrew and his services. Thanks to Andrew I got awarded what I was asking the court for and more. In the beginning of my experience I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but Andrew explained every single detail in relation to my case. Andrew is very approachable and always took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I would definitely go to Andrew again if need be. I went to LDA4You and worked with Andrew Voller. He is honest, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services!

Andrew is not very responsive but give him time. He will get back to you so just have patience. I tried to serve another individual that was hard to get ahold of but work it out with him, he'll come through even if it's at the last minute. read more

Andrew is the MAN.. helped me for a lawsuit from an "ex employer" and assisted me in getting my paperwork in order to deal with the case and it ended up fine. Again he is NOT a lawyer, but helped to respond and legally represent myself to the best of my ability which produced desirable results. Also he did my taxes and Dude knows and has all the "channels" you need to accomplish things we as regular working folks may find arduous, time sucking and sometimes even scary. Again many of us cannot afford to hire a Lawyer, and you would be surprised as to how LDA 4 You can do much of the same mundane legal/paperwork type of tasks for a fraction of the costs. SO in short I recommend Andrew as he is very well organized, knows the basics, understands the "system" of sometimes Ridiculous CA laws, bureaucratic B.S. and how to keep the paper trail flowing and can guide you through it. Cheers to him and we need more up front straight shooting businesses like this to assist the "little guy" to take the "Pain" away from dealing with life's inconveniences and realities as we are ALL faced with at times. Again time is money and money is time.. sometimes it is worth paying someone who knows who, what, when, where and why to address an issue that we see as just a Blur of California laws and protocol and he helps us get through it without a self-aggrandizing attorney who cares nothing about you other than to get his $250-500 an hr fee. In other words he helps YOU use YOUR legal rights at a decent cost!! read more

I'm so very thankful for ANDREW and his services! I have called for emergency paper work and had it to the courts in a timely matter. I highly recommend him. I send all of my family and friends there! Even if your not in the Santa Rosa area, he can accommodate your needs. With him you'll find he's going to tell you up front what it will cost you and save you a fortune. I'm very thankful for his help. read more
