Andrew Voller, owner, is a thief. Gave him $300 to deliver 2 subpoena's and he delivered one. When I kept asking him when the second subpoena was going to be delivered, he kept saying "we have time and he just got married." He then went radio silent from my calls & emails until I called from a number he didn't recognize and then miraculously he picked up the phone to give the same response. A few days later I drove 130 miles to his office in which he claimed he was going to serve the subpoena that week. All told, 30 days went by and I fired him via email with a demand notice to return my money. I've contacted the Sonoma County clerks office to file a complaint as well as other avenues. If you do a search on the California Secretary of State Business Search website under his name you'll see the California Franchise Tax Board suspended his "process serving" company in Stockton, CA only for him to start another in Santa Rosa. Do not give him your money he is a fraud! Please file a complaint with the Contra Costa district attorneys office if he has scammed you. Two months went by without a call, e-mail or any paper work. I e-mail Andrew Voller to find out why I have not received anything from him, his response : this take time, I felt like I was getting the run around. Andrew Voller didnt even have the facts straight that I gave him in the beginning. I can be patience, so I gave him 4 more months, again, no phone call, e-mail or paper work. Andrew seemed wonderful at first. He told me that he will send me a copy of all my paperwork. After I paid $800 for child support case, he promised me email of copy of all paperwork so that I can have them prior to my court date. Well, he didn't follow through. I went in front of a judge after 5 hours of driving, there is no email respond and no copy of paperwork. This guy is a SCAM!!! DO NOT USE his service. If you need a document prepared, steer clear from Andrew! As one other person stated, he is great until he gets your money. The one and only document that was done in a timely fashion was the day I met him. Then I gave him $2500, plus $495 to finish all my other necessary documents for the court. Once I did this, I had to call and call to try and get documents in, all of which were months apart. Which ultimately led to the dismissal of my case. Why?...You guessed it! The lawsuit complaint wasn't filed on time. And what sucks is that I kept trying to check in with him because I saw the six month deadline, but Andrew kept saying stuff like "we're fine", or "I'll call you Friday to sign", or I would leave a message and never get a call back. Oh! If that wasn't bad enough, Andrew tried to get me to pay the $495 filing fee twice! I had to log into my AMEX account and search for the fee to let him know that I definitely did pay him. You think I'm done? Nope! I got a demurrer on my complaint and had "x" amount of days to oppose, and when Andrew filed it, it got rejected. Why? Because it was about 7 days too late. So I went to court, begged the judge to be understanding to my situation, since I was representing myself, and I was doing everything I could to have things done on time.... The judge said "Dismissed!" due to not having things filed on time. You may think I'm done...but I'm not...almost though The day before I got my A$$ handed to me by the judge, Andrew tried to say I had already filed a complaint that he didn't know about......BUT IT WAS HE WHO PREPARED IT!! Last year my family and I paid an attorney in Santa Rosa 5,500$ to expunge my record because I had completed my probation and was told by said attorney that we would be able to expunge my misdemeanors from my record. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When I went in front of the judge in late August 2018 the judge denied my expungement and told me to come back in one year. As you can imagine, my family and I were completely devastated. Then I met Andrew. Let me tell you that immediately upon meeting him I felt so comfortable and honestly, I felt hope again.
