To be clear, I would never agree to a consultation to pay $566.67 to a business that I did not know whether I would choose to do business with them or not. Erica returned my phone call today May 18, 2026. I explained the situation to her and through the course of our short conversation she consistently cut me off and talked over me. I had to ask her to please let me finish my sentence. At that point, I was informed that she was busy and had a client she had to get to but all the same she continued to over talk me on the matter. BE AWARE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR A CONSULTATION WHEN YOU DON'T USE THEIR FIRM!!!!!! And now I see backpedaling and miss information from Erica's response to me. You are not telling the truth. There's no way in hell you ever told me that there was a $566.67 charge three times. I would not have a greed to a consultation especially at that price. It was extremely vague and left out a lot of important information and details. I know this because I am a certified Paralegal in California. I have assisted in preparing many estate plans, and this Trust was certainly written by an incompetent attorney. My sister deviously brought my Father who is 92, has full Dementia, complete heart and kidney failure, to this attorney to amend my parents Living Trust in only her favor. She removed my Uncle, who was the Executor of the Trust, and replaced him with my sister to now be the Executor of the Trust, and got my Father to also give her full Power of Attorney, medical and financial, of course. The entire Trust was changed by this attorney, for my sister's benefit only, and giving her full Executor status, and Power of Attorney so that no other Beneficiary would receive anything, which was not my parent's intent at all. Knowing that my Father has Dementia and is 92 and in grave health, the attorney allowed this change anyway, allowed my ill father to sign permission for these devious amendments, and made these ridiculous changes just to receive payment from my Father. He took advantage of my 92 year old Father with Dementia, and allowed him to sign for permission for these changes to outright benefit my sister only, who happens to be someone under current investigation for Fraud within the company she is employed with, after being already indicted for Fraud charges with my Father's long term care company. Everyone in the family is deeply upset and angry at this attorney for allowing these Fraudulent actions to take place, and changing the Living Trust fraudulently without even notifying any of the Beneficiaries or even the Executor until months after it was all written up. We were all mailed these Fraudulent and criminal like changes to the Trust months after the new invalid Trust was finished. We are suing this attorney for fraud and complete malpractice, and elder abuse for allowing this to even happen to a 92 year old man who had no idea what he was signing or that he was giving his criminal daughter full executorship and power of attorney. This attorney is a scam artist who will take your money, and you his incompetence in return. Beware of this attorney.
