    Needs ZERO stars. Today, a family member was treated horribly. My family member went into this…read morelocation to ask a question about cashing a check, and they rudely and VERY loudly were speaking with her about how they had NO IDEA what she was saying and was treating her like she was stealing. This was a lady at the front desk, who did not know how to do her job, and another employee (female) who also did not know how to do her job. My family member asked the lady to please speak softer as she did not want others in the building to know her business. The lady became rude again, although speaking softer, was no help. We will be telling others about this horrible experience and how no one seems to be considerate or helpful. For people being available to "help" others, they sure have no tact or consideration for customer circumstances. They need to take a lesson or two in humility and a training class in customer service. Never again will we frequent this location or AAA in general.

    First off, I would give a ZERO star rating if I could…read more Submitted a claim 3 months ago for dental procedure performed on a dependent. "Lost" was what I was told after 2 months of no communication. This was sent via USPS. So I resubmitted via email and received electronic verification of receipt. Three weeks go by and no communication so I call for a status check. DENIED. I asked when I was notified of this as the determination was made a week ago. "You should get something in the mail." Uh Huh! I asked for the denial reason. Submitted receipt did not have some "code" that they needed. I asked why they didn't call the provider direct to verify that code. "Not our policy." Their policy is to Deny, Deny, Deny and not pay. Find another insurer, this one does not serve you.

When I say terrible service, I mean incorrectly processed claims year after year. I mean that they take months sometimes years to correct a problem that was their mistake. I mean that they refuse to see a mistake despite showing them proof from their own website. If you are an employer looking to hire out for your insurance administration, please care enough for your employees to look elsewhere. These people will drive your employees to look for jobs with better insurance plans.
