Could not get anybody to answer the phone put me on hold for over 35 minutes which I was at work so I was able to turn the volume down and lay the phone down but ended up hanging up because nobody came back to the phone I was in a car accident and the driver that hit me says she was insured by them. I tried to go online and file a claim and it's saying I don't have that driver's name or policy number in their system. I work for a body shop and I am in total shock right now. I just had an adjuster: Patty Houston just go off on me after I stated I had been trying to contact her for a week and a half. The women would not even let me speak. The customer had warned me but I have been doing this for ever and never experienced that type of customer service. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me. I call customer service and they would not give me a supervisor contact either. We are just trying to get out customer taking care of I don't know why this place is even in business. No wonder why they are called Aggressive that is exactly how they treat you. Do not get this insurance at least that's how I feel. We may just stop excepting it here. I heard other shops don't take them either but I thought that was crazy. Now I know why. I don't know what insurance I even have with this company. One representative tells me that this is aggressive insurance while another representative tells me this is blue fire insurance. When I look on my policy card it says I'm with Americus. Apparently aggressive is the main name and has different branches like blue fire and I guess Americus, But when I called Americus Direct line they told me I had a policy but it was expired and I don't have a current one. This company is absolutely awful. The rate from the company is far too high for it's quality(or lack there-of). The customer service representatives are not helpful. They are incapable of answering the most basic of questions. I was on the phone for 3 hours and 25 minutes trying to figure out why they charged me twice in one month along with a random $20 charge. The person on the phone actually said that they charged me an extra $20 as a service fee to give me a Veterans discount. Terrible company do not get insurance here. They took almost 2 process my online bank account payment. I accept responsibility for not paying attention and using those funds after not verifying the payment was deducted. So I was ok to pay a 95$ fee to keep my policy active. Well. I did this one day prior to the date given in order to not lose coverage. Not only did they cancel me but kept my payment as well. Don't even let me get into the difficulty of speaking to someone about this. I finally gave up, not even local office could help insisting I had to call directly. If I could give this company zero stars I would. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I got rear-ended in February by someone with Aggressive Insurance and it took them until May to accept fault for the accident. They gave me an estimate of what THEY thought the repair would cost and a check to take to a body shop, which I did. After inspection the body shop contacted Aggressive for a supplement which is basically more money because Aggressive's estimate and check they sent me did not cover the entire cost of repair(Aggressive's estimate only included the price for the part, not any labor costs). Aggressive refused to pay the remaining balance of the repair because they did not agree with the total cost. Which they cannot do legally after already accepting fault for the accident. I had to get a rental car through my own insurance because Aggressive would NOT cover a rental for me and took WEEKS of refusing to pay the supplement. I ended up filing a claim with my own insurance who ended up paying for the repairs. Now my insurance will send Aggressive the bill for the repair and Aggressive legally is responsible for reimbursement. Knowing this company, it will be months before my insurance gets their reimbursement. read more

This company and its workers are a complete joke. One of their clients backed into my vehicle while I was driving through a parking lot. Their client got into her car and just backed out without looking. This worthless insurance company came to the conclusion that I was at least 20% at fault because ai was in the dang parking lot; therefore if their worthless company determines there is as much of 1% or more of liability on ones part, they do not pay the claimant. This is a horrible company!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! They opened a claim for hail damage.. Never sent someone out to take pictures and closed the claim. We called to see what the problem was after never hearing back from them and they said they closed the claim due to "lack of interest on our part".. There was never, EVER a "lack of interest" on our part. They rudely reopened the claim and sent someone to take pictures.. Here's the worst part.. They offered us $1900 for over $5500 worth of damage. The repair shops refuse to fix it simply because it's Aggressive Insurance. They pay part of the claim to you- then you take it to a shop and have the work done. They are supposed to pay the shop the rest of the money directly. We'd have no problem w/ that.. Except for the fact that we can't find a shop that will touch the work because they ALL say that Aggressive Insurance NEVER PAYS THE REST OF THE MONEY OWED!!!!! So we called aggressive and explained the situation. We always talk to Jessica Alba (not the actress!) and she's always rude and hung up on me. Now she sends us to voicemail. This is Roy @ Seay Collisision Repair in Lubbock. The following happened to one of my customers;;;; "I was T Boned by and individual who has Aggressive Ins....the claim process has been terrible. I left several messages and so has the body shop.....I'm at the bodyshop now and we left messages again for the adjuster and the supervisor - I'm sure no one will return calls to me or the shop. The adjuster approved the repairs issued a check and then issued a supplemental claim check to the body shop...- now Aggressive has told the shop that the car is totaled and to stop repairs....the shop received approval for repairs and the secondary insurance check ...the repairs are 50% completed and now we are at a stop on repairs because of Aggressive. The last time I talked to the insurance adjuster - they hung up on me. I am in a rental car and because this is a liability claim Aggressive pays for the rental - but I have to pay for the rental at full retail and then Aggressive says they will reimburse me after the car is repaired. I have contacted my insurance agent and looking into making a claim with my insurance and possibly collecting from Aggressive Insurance..." Nikki. This insurance company is a scam, receive invoice on the 7th of the month and they start charging pass due fees by the 10th of the month three days after I received my invoice, by 15th they will cancel your policy and there is a reinstatement fees on top of late fees to make the policy active again, no automatic draft service, take forever for phone rep if you try to pay by phone. My $50 monthly 30/60K basic liability policy will become $85-$90 per month after all the late fees and reinstatement fees. read more

I was hit by a drunk driver one night that also totaled another vehicle. The driver ran from the cops, it was his third dui in 3 months and should not have been driving period. When I reached out to company after a week of reporting incident, the weak ass representative told me in a nutshell thatthey have been calling the person on the policy and if they cant reach them, then there isnt anything they can do about my car. So basically they allow there drivers to wreck cars and if they do not answer the phone ots nothing they can do. Crooks helping crooks. A lame ass company. Theyre fake insurance. Review is for Aggressive Insurance. If you are in an accident and the other party has this company for insurance, don't bother with any followup. Just file the claim, wait a couple business days and then go to your company and eat the deductible until you get reimbursed. Accident occurred 06/09/16. Responsible party provided insurance information at time of accident I called Aggressive insurance at 4:30pm, that day 06/09/16 to file a claim against the responsible party's insurance. At that time, I was informed that I would hear from an adjuster within 2 business days. By close of Business Friday the 10th, I had not had contact from anyone at the agency. By close of business Monday the 13th, I had not had contact from anyone at the agency. At or around 3:00pm on the 13th, I called the agency and spoke with a customer service rep that did not provide a name. He informed me that my Adjuster's name was Petrica Cheatham 972-827-xxxx State of Texas license number 208984. At that time I called Ms. Cheatam at the number provided. It went to her voice mail where her greeting confirmed that the number was correct. I left a clear and detailed message with instructions for her to call me at any time. All of my calls were recorded by me and I provided a copy of the un-edited recordings to the Texas Department of Insurance. Subsequently, I have left approximately 5 voicemail for Ms Cheatham. She nor anyone from her company has contacted me. I have also called and spoken with two other of their customer service representatives. I also have recordings of these calls. At this time, nobody from Aggressive Insurance in Irving Tx have made any attempt to contact me in regards to my claim. I have spoken with their company representatives 4 times but each time, I initiated the contact by calling their customer service number. They now are dumping my calls with no answer That's it. I just wanted the person responsible for doing a job to actually do the job. read more

Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. The claims department was the worst. My vehicle was rear ended by one of their insured in October 2020. I was not compensated for my damage until late December 2020 and only after I had filed a complaint with the State of Texas Insurance department. In the 2 1/2 months from the date of the accident, I was only able to actually speak to the adjuster one time. She never answered her phone and takes 3 to 5 days to respond to e-mails that are sent to her. Worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. This business should be shut down, in my opinion and not allowed to open shop any wheres else. When I asked for the physical location and the supervisor's name, I was informed that they were not allowed to give this information out to the public. It was against their policy to give out that out. Only after an official complaint was filed, did the supervisor make a call to me. Worst people I have ever dealt with. It drives me crazy to see all these negative reviews or this insurance company. Since I have been with this insurance company I have had nothing but stress. I had an accident a few months back and totaled my car and the claims department was horrible. The adjuster never contacted my car sales man, she was only available to say what to do and when. Now that I have a new car and I am insured with them, my policy payments are all over the place. I am so frustrated with them. I read other reviews about how they mail out an invoice, then will start processing late fees, then before you know it your policy is canceled and you are paying a reinstatement fee. STAY FAR AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY!!I purchased insurance from agressive in mid december 2018, first their docusign didnt work(i used my s8 and my surfacebook pro which also didnt work to sign it so i faxed the info after the fact. They gave me my policy info and I thought I was set.. i then recieved a letter on the 26th saying I was not covered because they didnt have a driver license on file which I already sent and they confirmed, then I get that taken care of and they cancelled my policy for non payment after it was already paid.. After calling customer service about a prior claim I was told to contact another department, which was claims, however after contacting claims I was told to reach out to another department . Each service member had an unprofessional tone with me and a swift unwillingness to help. Instead of researching who or what individual I should speak with the only concern of theirs was to make sure I didn't speak to them. Go the other way if you are deciding on a policy holder. On May 23rd 2016 I borrowed a friends truck and I was hit by a lady insured by aggressive. There was no doubt of fault even the lady told aggressive she was at fault... I paid $250 to have the truck towed from the scene... Aggressive took the exact 15 days allowed by law to have an adjuster look at the vehicle and it was down hill from there. It is now July 29th 2016 and the truck repairs were completed on July 2nd and the body shop will not release my friends truck to him because aggressive will not pay the bill.... My friend has been without his vehicle for 53 days now over $3,500 in damage.... I have no delusions about ever seeing the money I spent on a tow truck at this point... read more

This is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. I was hit by someone that has this insurance and my car was totaled. It has been almost 3 weeks and my car is still sitting at the tow yard and no one has even looked at the car. I was first assigned to an adjuster that my insurance rep told me about and he provided me with her contact info and name. I called her at her several voicemails. My insurance adjuster and my lawyer sent documents to them providing them with my contact info and police report etc. A week later when I haven't gotten a return phone call I called my insurance back and he said he would contact them. He called me back and said my assigned adjuster no longer worked there and gave me the name and number to a different adjuster. I called her and she had the worst attitude ever. She was unwilling to help me or be empathetic to this situation. She kept saying it was my fault no one had contacted me because I didn't provide them with my info. I told her all of the info was given to the previous adjuster. She said I needed to call the tow company and release my vehicle to them. I did that immediately. Here we are 3 weeks later and my car is in the tow yard still. I called back today to follow up and she told me she was no longer the adjuster on the case. I asked how many times are y'all going to change adjusters? She then said I will have to call you back and hung up on me. So I still don't have a car or even money to pay off my totaled car so I can get a new car. read more

My parents both called numerous times to get an adjuster out, no one ever came. We called everyday for weeks- were put on hold or sent to voicemail. This insurance company is by far the worst insurance company that we have ever had to deal with. The customer service is unheard of and I hope that after reading this review, you will rethink your decision to work with them. I was in a car accident at the fault of driver insured by aggressive. We contacted our insurance company the very next days as we are supposed and they advised us to let the other insurance company (aggressive) take care of the claim as the fault was not mine. After more than a week of not hearing back from Aggressive to inquire about a temporary solution to our transportation needs, we took matters into our own hands and rented a vehicle comparable to the vehicle lost. Finally after hearing from the company that our car was totaled, several weeks went by before before we settled. After several unreturned phone calls we received the settlement paperwork and several more weeks a check for the lost truck. Two days after receiving the check we returned the rental even though we had not had enough time to purchase a new car. After returning the rental, the following business day we submitted the rental receipt for reimbursement. A week after submitting the receipt, we received a letter stating that we were only receiving a partial refund for the rental which was $1200 less than the cost. A full two months without our car and working with a company who were dragging their feet through the process and we are now owe money after being hit from behind at a red light, a wreck that was clearly not our fault. So now, we not only have medical bills accumulating, required to purchase a new vehicle, we are also having to pay for a rental car for a over month due to an insurance company who has proven to be as low as they come. read more

When she asked for my email address, I said it AND spelled it, and she cut me off and said "first and last name at gmail?" I said "the last name is the same, but the first name is amber". She said ok, so it's Brenda(last name)@gmail? I told her that was not correct and spelled it AGAIN! She repeated it wrong AGAIN, and I asked her if she was having trouble hearing me because I'd said it 3 times. She rudely replied "that's why I verified it before I sent anything". I told her that I had already verified it twice after she got it wrong the first time. I was losing patience at this point. She told me if I was going to be rude, she wasn't going to send me anything, when she was the one not interrupting and not paying attention. I told her, "why don't we try a fax number instead. The number is...." and she actually hung up on me. When I called back, no one would answer, so I called back a second time and the woman who answered lied and told me Ruby was with a customer. Interesting that we'd only been off the phone for about 30 sec. Then the woman I was speaking with at that point was just as rude and unhelpful and refused to give me her name. There are no words to express the behavior of this insurance company. I have never EVER experienced such poor customer service. For a while I was beginning to think I wasn't dealing with a legitimate company. How the state lets them stay in business is beyond me. After they take your initial statement you will never hear from them again. You can call them 60,000 times and you will never get an answer or call back. Their insured was at fault and received a citation and admitted to fault on record and they still tried to lie and say they can not proceed without a police report(such a joke). this is the absolute worst Insurance to ever deal with in the entire world, it's like a Walmart brand of progressive. my car has been in a wreck on March 5th and today now marks one month and a half that they have not called me and told me what is going on with my vehicle and they will not move forward to let me get a rental car or at least total off my car so I can buy a new one. this is absolutely ridiculous and I have never ever in my entire life had to deal with such a janky insurance place. my adjusters name is Osiel Martinez and he is by far the rudest, and unresponsive person ever having to deal with. I am now almost without a car for two months having to pay all these Uber to get me around when I don't understand why I am given the runaround on my vehicle and the damages. I understand insurance and lawyer do not get along but that should have nothing to do with the fact that my vehicle needs to be totaled out. My auto insurance is currently with this agency. They have the wrong automobile showing as covered on my insurance card. I used the IM function, and told SERGIO that I needed someone to fix the issue. He advised me not to demand anything from him and proceeded to go on an ego-trip. I told him this is their mistake and I can demand whatever I want as I pay them good money to provide a service to me. SERGIO, continuing on his egotistical tangent, stated he had been working at his current job for 10 years and I am disrespecting him by demanding they send me a corrected insurance card. I told him that in order for him to speak to me the way he was that he obviously hated his job and he then disconnected the IM (WOW).This guy is obviously going through something personal and let his personal issue spill out into his job. Aggressive Auto Insurance in Irving are very rude and I wouldn't recommend that anyone get insured through them. They make an error on my insurance card, I get overcharged by my bank for not having my vehicle insured (even though it is, the wrong car is on the insurance card), but I dont have a right to be upset???
