There is a litany of other problems with this company, but at the end, their packing and moving services left us with many thousands of dollars worth of damage, frustrating re-packs of previously packed Klatt packed items, and hours of phone calls seeking restitution. Edit: You can see that the business clearly believes their packing is unrelated to damage while a pod is moving. So if you're not using them for your end-to-end move, be aware they will disclaim any damage from poor packing.
