Some of the main shops it includes are Primark, Card Factory, Woolworth's, New Look, O2, 3 Mobile, Warren James, Principles, and Thornton's. You can access it by going through Marks and Spencer, Debenhams or Clinton Cards or by one of the other three entrances/exits. You can also travel from the Hill Street car park straight into the building. Also quite recently the Hill St got a La Senza and a Monsoon, welcome additions. However there are still a few empty retail units which are not very good to look at generally. At the centre of the shopping centre is a Gregg's with a large open seating area. All in all it is a nice shopping centre, clean and wide enough to weave through the crowds,

The store staff are always really cheerful and helpful and the products are all very reasonably priced.

It has a large selection of shoes and always has a shoe sale rack outside the main door with lots of lovely shoes at brilliant prices. The clothes are always really high quality and very nice! The staff are very friendly and always really helpful. It is a great shop which I would highly recommend.

Some of the staff I find are lovely women but others I have been disgusted at the way they look down their nose at you, especially some managers! Not very encouraging for the company! They offer a wide range of prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses and also have a small collection of bridal wear. They have quite a few small items of jewellery and tiaras which are always fantastically priced. I picked up a necklace, bracelet and earring set for my prom a few years ago for just £15 and when in last week I bought a pair of cuff links for my dad for £2.50 saying father of the bride, similar ones sell for at least £10 on the internet!
