Anyone who knows my son knows that he is very respectful to others and especially to his elders. I witnessed after several minutes of the store owners tirade that he went back inside only to return after several minutes to tank pictures of his vehicle. I watched as my son showed that he had received ticket but it didn't appear to change the owners attitude. This is completely unacceptable. My family including my son have always supported local business and it was the great local atmosphere that drew my son and daughter to live in those apartments. I'm afraid Gilbert's chocolates product just aren't good enough to treat his local customers/residents rudely and unprofessional.
