Too bad. I've spent too much time in Europe to consider this a good chocolate. The sales person was pretty rude. I will be heading to Sanders chocolate shop in Livonia mall or to Killwins in downtown Plymouth for my chocolate needs.

My son was with me the following night as my health is deteriorating and he was needed to assist me while the rest of my family was gone for the night. ( it was not his intention leave his car overnight as he was given no notice that I required his help or that it would be needed overnight. That morning he dropped me off in the lobby so he could move his vehicle. He was already aware that he would more than likely receive a ticket for the vehicle being there due to having looking after his Dad the night prior. I watched as he was cleaning of his vehicle, the store owner had came out and looked significantly upset and was taking it out on my son. Anyone who knows my son knows that he is very respectful to others and especially to his elders. I witnessed after several minutes of the store owners tirade that he went back inside only to return after several minutes to tank pictures of his vehicle. I watched as my son showed that he had received ticket but it didn't appear to change the owners attitude. This is completely unacceptable. My family including my son have always supported local business and it was the great local atmosphere that drew my son and daughter to live in those apartments. I'm afraid Gilbert's chocolates product just aren't good enough to treat his local customers/residents rudely and unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere as well as letting everyone know how they may be treated at Gilberts

The nice woman on the phone put me on hold while she talked to her delivery service. I actually started crying when she agreed to deliver flowers after hours for a reasonable fee. It really made a huge impact on my family, who said that the bouquet was absolutely beautiful and came at just the right time. Thank you, Brown Floral, for your extra effort.

I found Flavorz on Facebook and seen that they have a rotating specials menu as well as a regular menu. So I followed the page and kept an eye on their rotating menu. Even though everything sounded great, I ordered on a day that Meatball subs was the special, as this is my husband's favorite type of sub. So I ordered ahead and drove over to the restaurant. When I walked in, I noticed a wall of coolers for a variety of drinks (from Faygo, Juices, pop, etc), as well as a large chalk board menu and dessert case. There is also plenty of indoor seating as well as a bright interior. I walked up to the counter and gave my name, paid and had a seat. It took a little longer than expected but between walk in ordering and phone calls, I can tell they were busy. When I got home, the sub was huge - it had 4 large meatballs on it that were perfectly cooked... it was an excellent meatball sub and my husband (picky eater) agreed. We will definitely be going back to order other specials, especially the Zuppa Tuscano (soup). Highly recommend and prices are beyond reasonable for the quality and portion.

The restaurant, and not importantly, behind the counter is always clean, and organized. The coffee doesn't have that horrid "burnt" taste that other chains are none for. Their bagels or "bragels" more specifically are so good! I appreciate the service they offer, the great food and drinks, and will definitely miss this when I head back home to Texas.
