Honestly way too many problems to even list, but the main one that made me switch is Dr. Rumsey not listening when I insisted that my daughter didn't need a stronger medication for her ADHD. The medication she was on was doing perfect! He insisted that HE'S the doctor and he knows what my child needs better than me HER MOTHER! This man sat and argued with me for almost 30 minutes. So he ends up telling me he will not do the prescription for the 5mg that she was on, that he will only write the one for 10mg that he wanted her to have. HE OVERDOSED MY 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!! My poor daughter was up for almost 30 hours suffering from hallucinations, tremors, headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, inability to stand, vomiting, terrible headaches and more!! I called their emergency line and the nurse said "oh she will be fine just keep giving it to her and her body will eventually get used to it"...are you kidding me?! Yeah, because turning my child into a tweaker is ok with y'all?! I will NEVER use Dr. Rumsey or AGG pediatrics ever again! As I said there have been many issues, but none as bad as this!

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dr. mehmood is absolutely amazing with kids--gentle, patient, and always takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. You never feel rushed, and you can tell he truly cares about each child he sees. My child actually looks forward to doctor visits now, which says a lot! The office is clean and kid-friendly, and scheduling is easy. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands here. We took our son to see Dr. Harley for the first time. This appointment was a sick visit. From the…read moreinitial call to the office to schedule the appointment I was greeted with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. We arrived at a well staffed, clean, well lit office. Our appointment was at 9am and we were walking out by 945am. From our registration to final instructions from Dr. Harley the appointment was smooth, informative and best in class service. Everyone we came in contact with welcomed us as new patients and expressed genuine appreciation that we'd chosen their office. Dr. Harley is exceptional. She came in shook our hands and introduced herself. I appreciated how she brought our son (who's 14) into the conversation and valued his thoughts on his visit. That really meant a lot. She explained everything in a way that we both could understand. Even though the office is about a 30 minutes drive for us, it was worth it! Looks like we've found a new pediatrician! KUDOS to the front office staff, the medical assitant who was super sweet and of course Dr. Harley.

Being new to the area, we found this office a couple of months ago and have now visiting a few…read moretimes. Our daughter started school recently and naturally gets sick more often. This office has a very strange vibe to it. They are not friendly and warm at all. Something a pediatrician office should be at all times especially with kids. The ONLY reason we continued to go to this office is because they have availability and it is close by. However after recent experiences we will never return. The office is always empty while other peds offices are not even accepting new patients. This should have been warning enough. Previously my daughter was misdiagnosed according to another physician who we took her to the same day who claimed this office should have never let us leave if they claimed her diagnosis was fatal. Another recent visit, they seemed annoyed by us being there. We called and got a same day appointment and not once smile out of Dr. C - very stern and zero warmth. The front desk is not much better. Fake smile at best, zero genuiness. They charge $100 upfront and then bill you 2 weeks later for co-pay. When things keep appearing without explanation, I have to take time out of my very busy schedule to chase down what a co-pay is about and for what date of service. No clarity ever. All in all, I am so extremely disappointed in the way we were treated. I take my nanny in with me for help and they are extremely rude to her and do not acknowledge her presence. We will never endorse this behavior and hope no one else has to face the unkind experiences we have had.

We just were able to get an appointment yesterday for an ear piercing for my three month old…read moredaughter. The Nurse who did the piercing was personable, professional, and took her time to ensure we where comfortable. I am so pleased with the job she did. The office is so cute and clean too! Apparently all the rooms have different country themes. We were in the African room. Lastly, I do wanna point out that they do use medical plastic instead of metal earrings. This is the same material they use for a medical heart stent. This is to ensure there is no bad reaction to the earrings. I like that. They are also still cute!
