The panacotta is a great topping and the boba was fresh, even later in the evening. The mango tiramisu was a perfect treat. It had a jello‑like topping with fresh mango pieces, and the creamy moist bites were delicious. I really enjoyed the consistency and flavor. We played checkers while we hung out. I would love to come back to try more teas and desserts. I definitely want to try the waffle because it smelled amazing. There are plenty of places to sit and everything was very clean. Chez Peachy is it! Really tough to decide between all the rolls, they all look so good. I got here late afternoon so they already sold out of biscoff. I came for the Cookie Addict though. I also grabbed a banana pudding. The rolls are soft and pillowy, and also not overly sweet. You can tell they're freshly made. Cookie Addict even has oreo bits baked in... my love language. So for those who pay attention to such things, take note!
