When we were inside the nurse was pushing vaccinations onto our son (most of which he already had). When we refused she left the room and doctor did not come for almost another 40 mins. During this time our child got fussy and sleepy so we decided to leave without the doctor even bothering to come in. We did ask prior to making the decision to leave where the doctor was and were told that "we were next!". Anyone that pays for their own insurance should STEER clear of this office. I order for someone to tell how competent a practitioner is, one should be on the same field of practice and you should be darn good at it. Haven't had any bad experience from one of our visits. They have urgent care and you can walk in, but be expected to wait at least 3 hours. The waiting room was packed and the AC wasn't on..not good when there's a room full of sickies breathing in each other's germs. I fell asleep during the wait since it was so hot in there! The employees are nice, except they don't really tell the truth in terms of the wait. They always give the same answer..you have a few people ahead of you. Also, if you don't wait in the correct waiting room, they won't call your name out in the registration area so you'll miss your place. If this is your first visit, you'll have to register to be in the system. That alone will take an hour. The doctor and nurses were great. You'll probably get to see the doctor for 1 minute for every hour you wait.
