Mike & crew are total pros. 7 am start time & they are on the job every day until completion. Also, at the end of the day the job was picked up,the street was swept or washed down everyday too! Keeping the neighborhood happy. We had quite a lot of demo to get done before the new irrigation , pavers & turf could be installed. Yards & yards of old landscape rock & soil to be removed plus 5 very large boulders that had to be broken into pieces in order to even lift them. All was done in a timely manner. Initially everything seemed great when they came out to do an estimate. After I received the estimate I wanted to add more to the project. I had to ask several times to get a call to go over it. I emailed, I texted, I called, left voicemail. Nothing. I just can't understand why I couldn't get a call back when I wanted to proceed with the project and add a couple of grand more of work to it. read more

We did not use Agape because they were not able to support all of the elements of our project without sub-contracting. However, it was obvious in ever interaction leading up to this difficult decision, Quinn's customer service was TOP NOTCH! From scheduling, discussing options, honesty about what they would do on their own vs what they would have to sub or refer, to the quote process, and a follow-up call to see if I had questions. I will absolutely recommend to anybody who has a project all in scope for what they do themselves. My neighbors were using this company for backyard landscaping and I contacted them to do a small paver addition in my side yard. The company provided a quote and we agreed to have the work done at the same time my neighbors yard was being done. The selected days came and went and the work was not completed at my house. I called the company and was told they "didn't have time" because my neighbors landscaping had taken "longer than expected". I completely understand that issues come up. However, it is unacceptable to not have received a call from the company. I had to call them after they failed to show up as agreed. In addition, this company has made no effort to complete the job and an employee named Kimberly flat out did not respond when I told her that I hoped the company would make efforts to address their mishandling of this job. A sincere apology would have been appropriate and professional. It's been two weeks since my last contact with Kimberly and I have received no contact and don't expect to. I understand that my job was "small" however this company agreed to complete the work, failed to do so and made no efforts to remedy it. The way this issue was handled was completely unprofessional. I would never recommend Agape Turf to anyone however I do want to add that an employee named Anthony was extremely pleasant to deal with. From the initial phone call to the final installation, everything was done with no problems or delays. Once we got approval from our HOA, everything was completed as scheduled. I figured she got busy so I called and left a message on Tuesday and still no call back. Do NOT use this place. They piece work everything to unqualified people. My yard cost almost $3k and it looks horrible. I now have to pay another landscaping company to come fix my yard. The curbing is not the color it's supposed to be. My plants were placed ridiculously, they clearly don't know what "scattered" means. They are in a straight symmetrical line and look horrible. The landscapers breaking my gate was just the icing on the cake. The only thing they did remotely correct was the grass. So my suggestion, maybe use them for grass, but NOTHING else. I literally have had neighbors comment that they expected my yard to be a little "different". Not one person who has seen my yard has been impressed. read more

We initially found Agape Turf at the Phoenix Home & Garden show. We were immediately impressed by them, but with so many turf companies out there, we did our homework and eventually met with six different turf companies for estimates. After all the research, it was clear to see which company we needed to go with. They had the best product for the most affordable price. Chuck with Agape helped us select the right turf for our front yard and backyard. They also noticed a potential drainage issue in our backyard and worked with us to have the dirt removed in one section and ABC put in to create a better flow for the water. When it came time to buy, Devin went above and beyond to help accommodate our schedule so that there was no conflict with the other vendors at our property. Luis and the other installers were fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. I personally like the look of the grass being a little taller then pavers/sidewalk/etc because I think it looks like it needs to be mowed - The guys made sure to add enough filler below that to achieve the look I wanted. Everyone at Agape worked so hard to make sure that our yard turned out exactly the way we wanted it. There is one area in our backyard where there appears to be a seam, but it's actually just a crease. It's not noticeable to anyone but me and when I mentioned it to Agape, one of the owners came out the next day to see it for himself and immediately scheduled a rebrushing to resolve it. Turf is expensive, but I also believe it's a great investment. The amount of money saved by not watering a lawn and not paying someone to mow it... Overtime, pays for the turf altogether. Plus, we live in the desert so I also believe it's environmentally responsible. I highly recommend Agape for all your turf needs - It's fun to watch neighbors walk by, look around to see if anyone is watching... This company has installed pavers and turf and curbing for me at 2 different houses. My previous home they installed a grass dog run edged by curbing and surrounded by 2 runs of rock that ended at a section of pavers to store garbage and recycling cans. They also spread rock on a area roughly equal in size on the other side of the house (also friendly to small dogs). They came back a second time to install pavers through a gate to the driveway to complete the initial install. That was terrific so we did not have to go through mud to get the cans to the curb and get the driveway dirty. In the current home they showed up in the rain to start the job, and had to get a jack hammer to take up old tile off of a cement slab. Once the jack hammering was done they pen down the base for the pavers, and within 2 hours had completed the installation of the pavers. They were very thorough on the cleaning up and packing up! The company had to return the following day to pick up excess pavers and the broken tiles that were removed. The worker swept the street and then hosed it to finish the job. In both sites the same crew was doing the work! I am most pleased with the jobs they have done for us! I highly recommend Agape Turf! read more

I had Jake come out and give me an estimate on a Saturday and he mentioned that the quote might change a little bit by the time I get it on Monday. My yard is 360 Sq. ft. When I got the other quote on Monday afternoon is was a 33% higher then what he had told me. I called after I received the quote and left a message to call me back. I can't say enough good things about Agape Turf. We chose Agape to install our artificial turf because the quality of their product was far better than the other options we saw. Their turf had the most life-like appearance and feel when compared to 3 other Phoenix area competitors. Their showroom in Peoria definitely helped us make a decision when we could see and experience the different options available. My wife and I needed our entire backyard landscaped and had actually contracted another company to do everything other than the turf. This other company however was extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and at the last minute informed me they weren't able to start and finish the job in time for a family event we were hosting at our house. I called Corey at Agape a week before the job needed to be complete. I asked if he could put together a bid for the full landscape job including, plants, irrigation, and rock. Not only did he respond the next day with a bid, but he was able to start two days later and have the job finished before my family arrived. I left all the info they asked for on their message and awaited a call. Never got the call. 4 days later, received the same voice mail message when I called and again message asked me to leave info regarding what I wanted, cross streets, etc. I was willing to try once more to leave a message, except I got, "mailbox is full....goodbye". If you are looking to consider Agape Turf, please save yourself the grief. I have had nothing but issues with this company from the start. I found them at the Home and Garden Show and was impressed at the price as well as quality they described and showed at the event. They came out to my home and drew out exactly what they were going to do for me. Granted I had landscaped my entire backyard myself except for the area where I wanted fake grass and paver border. They came out on my day off when my wife was home and started the install. When I came home, I found that not only did they not do the pavers the way we designed but that they ruined my stained concrete patios... They had scratched up all of my patios with their equipment and lack of consideration of my patios. Not only that but the grass they installed covered a 30-foot wide area with a seam down the middle. You could see the entire seam, and it looked as though an amateur installed it. Upon further inspection, they cut everything short on one end, and there was over an inch gap. I called to complain and have them back out. They hired someone to restain my patios and fix the deficit and seam. They cut an inch wide strip and placed it in the gap and said that was all they could do. As far as the seam it looked better, but you could still see it. Fast forward four years later, and I notice that my grass is starting to shed. I call the warranty department at Agape and ask for someone to come out. They were short with me and asked for me to take pictures of the problem areas. I explained that it is shedding all over and I'd like for someone to come out seeing as it's under warranty for eight years. They have a gentleman come out who was extremely short with me and was at my home for maybe 10 minutes tops. He later came back again for 5 minutes to take more videos of the grass to send to the manufacturer. They determine that the grass is no good and needs to be entirely replaced. It's at this point they tell me they only warranty labor for three years and seeing as I'm past that point they are going to charge me close to $2000 to take out the old stuff and install the new grass. I voiced my frustration with the whole process and how they chose an inferior product and were penalizing me for it. Their solution was for me to do everything myself and have the manufacturer deal directly with me. Long story short I had to remove the old stuff myself and install the new stuff myself. Agape Turf is an AWFUL company, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am going to make sure I'm placing this review everywhere I can to save good people the stress and headaches. Fake grass is not cheap, and you would think that a company would do everything in its power to ensure quality work and excellent customer service. This is not the case with Agape... read more
