The store was kind enough to package the items but after I left as they were busy. My sister texted me on Nov 21 that she received the package. At that point I had no concerns so I ditched the receipt. Yesterday Christmas 2025 I was talking to my sister and the present sent in Nov came up. What I had sent was a lighted display and a small bag containing multiple small (about 1") figurines of various items that were purchased in hospital gift shop. What she received was lighted display only. I can only guess that at some point before the packaging and sealing and sending that the small items were removed and reside in someone's house but not my sisters. BAD UPS. BAD!

Too much for the plane so shipped 2 boxes from this location, which is near the airport and very convenient. Excellent customer service! I appreciate their service and will use them again. On a side note, I was impressed with how they handled a couple of very cranky people when I was in the store. Very professional.

I was just trying to get help with a shipment, and he suddenly got angry/aggressive about it yelled at me to "take my shit and leave". That response was not appropriate for the situation in my opinion, as I was talking calmly to him. He was not remorseful whatsoever. I'd rather the store just be closed than to be open longer hours but with this kind of employee running the store.
