Upon calling their office, i was greeted by the company owner who explained the teaching process and logistics clearly to me and in a patient manner. I then scheduled 3 x 2 hour sessions. The instructor, Roberto, texted a reminder the night before each session and promptly arrived on time at the agreed upon location for all 3 sessions. His kind demeanor during the sessions put my child at ease and he was very knowledgeable about all the traffic rules and test routes. My child then went on to pass the behind-the-wheel driving test a few weeks later. If that was truly his professional assessment, it should have been communicated much earlier--not after weeks of lessons and hundreds of dollars spent. Instead of helping build confidence, my daughter felt increasingly nervous and discouraged. There were several interactions that left her feeling criticized rather than coached. A driving instructor's role is to teach, guide, and prepare students for success, especially when they are already anxious about an upcoming test. I cannot recommend Daniel based on our experience.
