I had AAA Foundation out to work on our house in the heights Houston. The evaluation they provided…read morewent really well. I think one of the family members did the walk through. They were very thorough in what they inspected. It took about 45 minutes to do their adjustments in the home and another 30 inspecting the outside of our house. When they finished they went over everything with me and quoted out a price. The evaluation was free and their price was lower than a few competitors so we used them. They showed on time at the date agreed upon. They got to work quick. The foremans names was Marco. He was really good at getting everything set up. He had copies of what needed to be done. He was able to get the entire job completed in two days with 28 piers being placed. They used covers on the ground and got all of the dirt put back together. I was happy that some of the cracks in the home closed. The brick work gaps were also closed. They sent an email with the warranty after as well.

Your estimate clearly states "damage" on sub flooring replacement.Does it not? One spot was damaged in laundry room.Not even a full sheet. Removing the sub floor was not needed.Please see pics. 4.As far as photos and conditions please see attached in this update. 5.The back end of house that was sitting on the ground did need the most attention and it got all new beams as they were rotted but no sub flooring. 6.I never mentioned "My Uncle" had foundation experience as all of my uncles are dead!Please read my review again and show me where I stated that? 7.Home was repaired SAFELY and CORRECTLY! It does not touch the ground anywhere now.All solutions are permanent not temporary as you say!No subfloor was removed except for (1) piece in laundry room which had a soft spot!New beams and piers installed where house was on ground.New beams and piers added to be every 6 linear ft.15 Cubic tons clay soil removed for access and pier/beam installation.It was even spread around problem area of house to create a natural swell and divert water away from home which was how the home got that way to begin with!The price to reset all piers and level was $3.75 a Sq Ft not $10. Everything was done by the book.This company is licensed,bonded,and insured as well!All solutions were performed to be LONG TERM, not temporary.They removed 15 Cu tons of clay soil for access and repairs,spread it for me to divert water,and fixed all plumbing after home was leveled.Heres the kicker.......total out the door was $25,050.00.$10,025 at start and $15,025 final invoice upon completion!

When you don't see them and ask why he'll tell you that he could only use them in a few places but he used them where he could. When you call him out on that lie after finding zero steel shims he says he doesn't like to use them. What kind of excuse is that? He will also tell you he's coming back in a few weeks to finish what needs to be done but never shows up. Sure, he'll text you and say he's sorry he didn't make it out as promised but he's definitely coming next week. Good luck getting him to honor any warranty he gives you. I don't recommend giving him your business.

One of the items that needed repairing ASAP was the top of our chimney and the now-mangled chimney cap. Called Mason Crew as soon as my phone service was restored. Lupe came out and gave me a quote the next day. Within a week, our chimney top and cap had been repaired completely. We were concerned about rain and critters getting in, so this was a repair that could not wait. Thankful to the entire team at Mason Crew for helping us out in a true time of need.
