I tried to give czr dreams C Service several chances but unfortunately, I have been disappointed…read moreover and over and over again. The first time I booked with this company, they deep cleaned my house, but in the process of cleaning my house they dropped a plant which is fine that's not really a big deal, but then they never said anything to me about it. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. Now that should've been my sign to never book with them again, but I decided to give them another chance. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. I do not recommend this company, and the overall value and service is not worth the amount of money that they charge.

I explain to them how this company is a "turn and burn" and don't spend the time necessary to properly clean their carpets. Then, I tell them to call Marling's. They are on time, properly clean the carpets, spending time to work on stains (unlike the other place) and ensure that the client is happy before leaving. All my clients love them and I even use them for my home. They do an amazing job cleaning the rugs we use for staging and have a quick turn around time. My renovations included kitchen remodel( cabinets & counter), flooring work and whole interior painting cielings/wall including all doors and some exterior. Because of the previous tenant leaving so much clutter before renovations could start, his company additionally hauled away so work could begin on time. Furthermore this company doesnt take short cuts. They made several trips to get the proper matching siding needed for some damaged panels. He was patient when I was undecisive about paint color, and ensured my instructions were followed regarding work in the basement. I hope my review helps you make the right decision going with this company. I have attached pictures supporting my review.
