We had to chase them over and over again. When we did get a call they said they would be here 615 or 630. They finally arrived at 730pm without any sort of notification. I know things happen and come up, but even on a Saturday one would expect some sort of dialog between Neptune and my family about my Mom's remains. Let alone that my 87 year old Father had to wait in limbo while the love of his life lay motionless in the next room. They made an already difficult day even more stressful. Again, nothing against the lovely people who did show up. But this is a service that we are paying for at a time of distress and sadness and this felt like a big fail. A simple phone call to say that they were behind schedule would have made all the difference. I only hope the rest of the process with Neptune is better.
