He told me he wasn't far away but finishing up for another client and could meet me in 20-30 minutes. He quoted me a very reasonable price on the phone. Don't bother calling this company of you live north of I-70 in Kansas. I locked myself out of my house on a Saturday evening. I was told by the man answering the phone that he "doesn't come that deep into the Dotte" and that I should call someone else. After several days of noticing that it was difficult to get my key in the ignition, one day the key could not be inserted at all. It was in the early evening, and I was at my daughter's home. After a few calls, I was referred to After Hours Locksmith, and he responded to my phone call immediately, telling me that he was just completing a job and would be able to work on my vehicle next. He estimated about 2 hours, and sure enough, the issue was repaired in the time-frame given. My key and two spares now work perfectly. How wonderful it was to be able to drive my car home that evening without having to potentially have it towed with repair delays. This company serves Missouri as well as Kansas. I lost my car keys on a Sunday night in Independence. I called, and Jack came out and basically saved the day for me. My 18-year-old daughter is a new student in the Lenexa area and lost her apartment key after a night class. I found Jack when looking for a locksmith to get her in her apartment and he sounded able to help my daughter. However when I had my daughter call and talk to him, all he did was tell her there was no way he could get her in her apartment (without even looking at her door/lock) and causing her to be very distraught, especially since it was after 10 p.m. I got a call back from a different locksmith, who then called my daughter (she didn't have to call him as was the case with Jack) and he spoke to her, was with her, and helped her get in to her apartment within 30-40 minutes of the phone call.
