Basem is one of the nicest people I've met in the industry, honest, knows exactly what he's talking about, knew my measurements before he even measured me! I ordered a custom suit from him and the process was extremely smooth. Was able to come in and get my alterations done very quickly once the suit arrived and his customer service has been top-notch. No complaints for me whatsoever about the entire process. I'll make sure I return again when I need another suit happy to support his business anytime

The owner and employee are both great to work with. Can literally put something together with style and class! We had a great experience last year, that we came back for senior prom and an additional jacket. I can't say it enough, Jad Brothers, truly exceptional. Pure elegance. My son received so many compliments and officially has two suits for future use. Worth the investment. Highly recommend!

These stores will always be Casual Male to me…read more Even though this company is now far, far away from whatever the previous version of Casual Male stood for. The only thing that this company still has left over from it's previous iteration is the fact that whenever you walk in your besieged by annoying sales people whether you need their "help" or not. If you know where the North Point defunct Toys "R" Us store used to be, that's the shopping center that Casual Male was in for many, many years. This Yelp address is incorrect. Now you'll find that they are much further north on North Point Parkway. In front of target. They are in an out parcel in front of Target. I have not visited Casual Male since 2018 and I never realized that it left its previous location and "moved on up" to the "Big Leagues." That's translated into higher prices and less stock. The previous location had a variety of brands to fit many budgets including two or three racks of markdown items. Now in their tony new location all you're going to see are "Popular Name Brands" and no markdowns at all. It's very disappointing. But really doesn't matter because I don't tend to frequent this location very much (or ever again) because as mentioned, I have not sought them out since 2018...

The nice lady…read moreon the phone asked some leading questions to not only make sure they had the pants I was looking for but also additional options just in case. Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the pants and the lady I'd spoken to on the phone was there and she turned out to be the manager. I tried on all of the pants she'd set aside for me but was still having trouble with the fit so she circled the store and found me even more additional options. I think I stayed close to an hour there! I've never had a retail experience like this, where someone is truly invested in making sure I get exactly what I need and that I feel comfortable with my choices. She seems like she genuinely enjoys her job and that was so refreshing as a customer who really wasn't sure what she was looking for. Thank you for your help and I will definitely make the trek back

Why is it that everyone that works here is in their 70s?!? I mean that staff is soooooo old!…read more Macy's seriously need to try and get with the times! It's not that old people can't sell or aren't great to talk to or aren't helpful... not what I'm saying here... I'm just saying that if they want to survive the times they need to get fresh, vibrant, and hip. Macy's is like an old dinosaur that is dying a slow death. Their merchandise is dated in a lot of cases, their displays are dreary, their stores are old... they need an update! Upgrade upgrade! I'm not exactly sure why I even come here anymore... I rarely buy anything... even if it is on trend or stylish because the presentation here is just BLAH! It makes everything seem "less so". I know I'm sounding like a punk... but I'm 52 and even I feel like this place is out dated when I come in.

I am not the only person who has had this problem: https://www.reddit.com/r/MacysStores/comments/1b7szmo/gift_card_issues/ None of the customers in that thread show that Macy's had made any restitution to their customers. The card number gets printed on the receipt and is only protected by a 4 digit CID that could easily be brute force cracked (only 10,000 combinations). Sometimes there are only 2 digits for the PIN. One person had $3500 stolen from them. Macy's needs to talk to corporate and put a stop to this. This is ridiculous.

This Tilly's is in North Point Mall, on the second level. Tilly's has stayed consistent with keeping its target audience at the 30s and under age group, selling quality clothing for active lifestyles. As I entered the store, an employee was standing near the entrance greeting customers and tole me to let him know if I needed help looking for anything. The store is well organized and clean, with men's, women's and kids' clothing in separate departments. The shoe department is on the right near the entrance. Clearance racks in the back of the store near the middle feature closeout merchandise. I remember Tilly's as being the go to store for reasonably priced clothes. This isn't the case anymore, as prices are just too expensive, unless items are on sale, when the prices are still a little high.
