I recently visited Afghan Mama Restaurant in Holland, and it was, without a doubt, one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever encountered. The staff was shockingly unprofessional--all of them had long, oily hair with no hair coverings, and not a single one wore gloves. Watching the chef prepare chapli kebab with bare hands was unsettling, and the lack of basic hygiene standards was apparent everywhere. The boss himself looked unkempt, adding to the overall impression of a place that doesn't prioritize cleanliness.
At one point, we saw staff carrying uncooked meat with blood dripping onto the floor right in front of customers. The kitchen itself was filthy, with no proper cleaning standards in sight. I honestly don't understand how this restaurant has been operating for so long without intervention from Dutch health authorities. This place should face serious penalties for its complete disregard for hygiene. I wouldn't recommend Afghan Mama Restaurant to anyone--from England, Afghanistan, or anywhere in Europe. If you care about cleanliness and food safety, avoid this restaurant at all costs." read more
