initial repair quote was nothing to brag about-however facility was close to home so we selected them--- in the end the total cost was more than 600 in emergency fees plus the actual costs because we were at fault and didn't read and understand the fine print in the warranty. after around town driving for 6 to 8 weeks we went out of town and 300 miles into the trip the transmission went out again. For sure we Understand repairs Don't always work the first time. So if we wanted this company to honor their warranty we had to get it back to Middle river. $600+ rental car fees and about 1 week later we now have a new repair repair with prorated warranty(starts from the date of the first repair)--Afraid to drive it out of town--and not sure why my review previously posted on the company site is no longer there so just feeling the need to advise to understand warranty terms carefully. Seems they will honor it as long as you can get it back to the shop. That's your problem. Thanks read more
