The dispatcher talked me through my options, even offering to have the tow truck driver take my girl where she needed to go on his way to tow the car. The driver arrived at the car in minutes, made my nervous teen feel at ease, and fixed our problem. The dispatcher called me back twice to let me know all was well. Every step of this was above and beyond. I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was. Woods is in my phone contact list now. I paid for new water pump he installed it . With in a day pump started leaking again. By now i was in different state I had other local machine. A guard rail on the eastbound lane only allowed me to get about 4 feet off of the white traffic line - scary. Sports Car Clinic recommended Mitchell's Towing for my Porsche. The driver arrived in only 25 minutes during 4:30PM rush hour, pulled in and arranged to pull my car up onto his rollback flatbed. My Porsche ride height is only about 2.9" off the ground but the driver had long extended plastic ramps with a gradual grade so it was super easy to get my Porsche on and off his truck bed without a scratch! He then tied down all 4 wheels. The service was efficient, polite and professional and the price was very reasonable..5 Stars!
