Oh, Yelp showed real review for Weltman Home service! We…read morepaid a premium for this company to install a Carrier furnace on 12/18/2025. The very next day, the system stopped working completely, leaving our home with no heat. When we called their emergency line (609-490-4427), we were told this was "not an emergency," despite their advertised 24/7 emergency service guarantee. This is a clear violation of their own service policy. Having a brand-new furnace fail immediately--and being left without heat in winter with no emergency response--is extremely disappointing. We deeply regret choosing this company.

I had also used them during the heating system to diagnose a problem. it took 6 weeks and 3 visits. It only got fixed when I went to the prior owner. They were sending technicians who were unqualified. One technician did not know the difference between an electronic air cleaner and a humidifier . He also tried to sell me on replacing a saddle valve. $700 for a $20 part and 10 minutes of labor. I did it myself. I am not the only person in the town having these issues. I contacted a locally owned HVAC company. They were out within the week. They asked me who had done previous work on the outside AC compressor. A Weltman tech had left the electrical panel open and exposed to the elements.

Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home. Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house. The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that. Julian did a nice job. Have a look at my photos of before and after! We decided to upgrade our bathroom faucet, as well. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism in handling a recent service request…read more I experienced a pipe burst and contacted Michael at 2 pm. He informed me that he would arrive after 7 pm. I, as a service technician myself, prepared everything and ensured that all necessary steps were taken for his arrival. Despite not receiving a specific time, given his previous work at my home, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and hoped for a prompt arrival. However, waiting for 7 hours without any updates was frustrating. It is crucial that when committing to a time, an exact time is provided, especially for emergency calls. While I have no complaints about Michael's work quality and pricing, the significant delay and lack of communication were unacceptable. After finally receiving a message stating he would arrive at 10:30 pm that evening or 4:30 pm the following day, I have decided to sever all ties with Michael and will not be recommending his services to others. Punctuality and clear communication are non-negotiable for me, and I expect the same level of professionalism from service providers
