Robert, a charming yet over-confident man, wrote the original estimates. Unfortunately he made several poor recommendations that then had to be completely redone, costing me considerably more than the original estimate. I let them correct the first mistake at my expense (they did a very good job waterproofing the basement once they were actually doing the right thing.) I probably could have taken them to court over that mistake though. When yet another mistake surfaced regarding their gutter work, I refused to pay more for them to fix it, and went to another more reputable company to do the work. My strongest recommendation is to have someone other than Robert write the estimate if you do want to go with them.
