During the first use of this machine I had to go down and shut off the water. They tried to jerry rig the water line to save time and money.the next day, with me watching closely, they sent 2 or 3 hours doing it right. My guess, they know nothing about plumbing or were trying to pull a fast one on a 90 year old man. They left off a trim piece, used old fittings, used pipe tape on a compression fitting ( never done by anyone who knows what they are doing) , used the old nut they had stripped out as well as the old farrel. New nut and farrel cost nothing versus time spent. They didn't want to level the unit. I will give them this, they admitted they didn't use a new adapter, admitted they stripped the nut, price was fair, and that his helper was new. A good price is no trade for a wet floor. They blamed the lack of hardware on corning building co. And manufacturer. Didn't put the kick plate on. I have spoken to corning building co. About this as well as anyone who will listen. I have installed 4 or 5 dishwasher and never had this much go wrong. However I always had the right tools, was prepared and am familiar with plumbing. The customer is my girlfriend 90 year old father. I hold no I'll will against craig, just wish I had done it myself, time would have been saved.

They serviced and changed the carburetor. Four weeks laker same problem. Dropped off and they changed the carburetor AGAIN. STILL NOT FIXED. called and stated I was upset because it still wasn't fixed and was offered to have it picked up the next morning. And then when I pick it up I'm told it's the choke but my invoice says carburetor! And now it's running so rough! Another $100 and I was charged $50 to pick it up!!! It should have been a "make good"pickup!!! They also add $$ if you use a card so when I called to complain I was hung up on!

The shop has a great selection of guitars and amps as well as band instruments and financing. Not sure about rentals, but you would find that asking is the easiest thing in the world. The owner gives music lessons, too guitar, piano, bass, and drums. Maybe other instruments as well, but I don't know for sure. The prices are pretty standard for musical instruments and lessons are very inexpensive and quality.
