When the service was complete, I drove 20 mins away and my car was still shaking as if I didn't even get it serviced. I recorded the video to show him how the car was shaking and that I wasnt pushing on the brakes, he tells me that he will change my rotors and calibers for "$535 but thats just for the parts." I dont know much about cars but I know rotors is a braking issue and that information was clarified when I went to 1 Stop Auto Repair and they replaced my motor mount for a very reasonable price. When I went to go talk to Manny and requested at the very least a partial refund, he told me that wasn't an option AND when I told him I got it fixed he asked me what part was replaced! If you didn't know what it was you should have just said that! He doesn't know what he's doing and I wouldn't trust him AT ALL.

When I was ready, I got in the car, drive 10 feet and had to stop. My car was clank-clanking. The covers were bent forward and very loose, hitting the rims. I stopped, reported to the Derrick, and he said he'd fix it. 10 min. later, he tells me that they didn't do anything to the covers to make them all loose, etc. Keep in mind, I had new tires installed months previously and a rotation done previously with NO PROBLEMS, with the same caliper covers. Derrick lectures me on the covers saying they are not made for my car, that they don't belong and they cause damage, and how I should just have them take them off. Umm.....Sir, why are you so hell bent on me taking something off MY car that YOU don't like. When I declined, he lowkey had an attitude and said "fine!" We will do "what we can." When I got in the car, same problem but louder, I had to go to work. Drove carefully. I called corporate, they told me the same thing....that the calipers don't belong on my car, etc. They were custom made for my car and have been PERFECT for 4 years. Now I can't help but to believe they messed them up on purpose. When I made it to work, I looked at my tire, the caliper had been bent forward, sliced thru, scraped all to be damned and flat out ruined. Fast forward, the manager called me and told me to bring the car back and he highly recommend that I take them off. Isn't that what they wanted all along? And they don't want to pay me for them for THEIR mistake. I'm seeking counsel. Why do I keep going back there? I think this is the last time. Just last year, they switched out my lugs for ones that don't go on mine. I pointed them out, bought the correct ones from the dealership and they DID reimburse me for those. But they've lost so many of my personalized valve caps until it's tiring. I'm just so UGH at companies like this. They SWEAR they can do no wrong. Just own up to your mistake and correct it. PLEASE?! Now I have got to come out of pocket for unnecessary BS, and go thru the changes of getting new caliper colors.

We get our vehicles serviced on the regular, so they shouldn't need more work done to them. There's a lot of new faces around, and it doesn't seem as if they know what they're doing. I was more confident when a manager name Jason used to be there, him and his crew were solid it seemed like. It's like you can't just drop it off for a regular oil change without them calling saying you need this and that done. Don't get me wrong, I understand certain services are needed, but every single time it's something else. They also don't go over the work that was done to your vehicle.
