Also one of my tires was left 5 pounds below pressure. On one of my cars, two of my tire studs had to be replaced because they were stripped out when they put the lug nuts back on. Fortunately I went to the store on university where they were quick to show me the problem and what caused it. Not hand threading the lug nuts far enough to avoid the stripping. Discount Tire has always been a great place to get tires and repairs. But I can no longer recommend Hanes Mall Blvd, and do recommend the university store.

My husband and daughter both took their cars there on a Sunday. Husband only needed a tune up and my daughter got a whole set of tires on hers. They always want to call not long after you've dropped the vehicle off with some type of upcharge. It's always you need this, that and then some. We get our vehicles serviced on the regular, so they shouldn't need more work done to them. There's a lot of new faces around, and it doesn't seem as if they know what they're doing. I was more confident when a manager name Jason used to be there, him and his crew were solid it seemed like. It's like you can't just drop it off for a regular oil change without them calling saying you need this and that done. Don't get me wrong, I understand certain services are needed, but every single time it's something else. They also don't go over the work that was done to your vehicle. Just hand you the bill and let you swipe your card. I will most definitely be looking elsewhere to have our vehicles serviced. This location has gone down hill from what we're used to.
