Situation--My only key broke off in the rear cargo door--I was stuck! I hired him to change locks and replace keys for my 80 year old parents. He also owns the llc. However Jack requested payment by cash app. I did that. I showed him it was paid per the app and he harassed me about it. I called cash app multiple times to see what I could do. He claimed he could not see it. However cash app said no issue on my side. Jack however could magically see it when I cancelled it almost immediately and reached out via text. I explained that until I received the money back from cash app, I could not send a bank check out. Once again received the money back, I then contacted the bank and they mailed a check. My bank is USAA! I also provided the printout from the bank. It took time cause that bank is in Texas and for veterans. Jack then did the wrong thing. He showed up on the doorstep of my 80 year old parents. They were not involved. I was very upset that he did that, it was not professional and it upset my parents who aren't used to people treating them the way he did. He then continued his voicemails and texts to me. He claimed to have people to pay. He owns the llc and is licensed in nc. All kept by me. He implied that it didn't take a bank that long to pay as if I didn't pay him and didn't already show him proof. I told him not to show up on their doorstep again. I would call the bank. This was Sunday. Then on Monday, I received a text telling me he got the check and thanks. I chose not to respond. I understand that he wanted immediate payment. However it was the cash app issue and then waiting on the bank check. None of this excused his unprofessionalism. While jacks work was okay, his unprofessionalism is why I won't ever use him for my parents again nor will I recommend him to friends that I still have in ECity.
