The U-Haul website indicated you can just walk into a dealer and rent a truck if they have one available. I went to the counter and explained what I needed. The man there told me that I had to make a reservation because it was "faster." I explained that I am visually impaired and cannot make a reservation on my phone because I cannot see it well enough. He told me he did not want to help me. When I explained to my brother what the situation was, the man told me to leave because I was "talking behind his back." If I could give this place and its employees zero stars, I would.
