The interaction felt unprofessional, unnecessarily hostile, and I was left feeling talked down to rather than helped. He had availability when first asking, then after talking down to me with an incredibly condescending tone, said he could not schedule me because it was only for patients that had other ailments, which was not advertised on his listing before purchasing the Groupon. Based on this experience and similar issues mentioned in other google reviews, I would not recommend this provider.

Misleading Groupon listing and shockingly dismissive treatment…read more My experience with this office was deeply frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Groupon based on the detailed description provided on Groupon's own website. The listing clearly outlined the service and did not state that it was restricted to any specific medical condition. Based on that information, I reasonably believed I was purchasing a service that would be honored as advertised. When I called to ask questions and schedule, Dr. Warner was immediately dismissive and combative. Instead of calmly explaining the service, he invalidated my concerns, spoke down to me, and repeatedly implied that I was at fault for "not knowing" what the Groupon was supposedly intended for. He stated it was "only for cancer," despite that limitation not being clearly disclosed in the Groupon description. What was most unsettling was the tone -- angry, defensive, and demeaning. I was made to feel foolish for trusting the written advertisement and blamed for not using the Groupon sooner, even though no urgency or restriction was clearly communicated at the time of purchase. At no point did he take responsibility for how the offer was presented or acknowledge the confusion caused by his own listing. After this interaction, I looked through other reviews and saw a long-standing pattern of similar complaints involving Groupon purchases and hostile responses when customers try to use them. That consistency made my experience feel less like a misunderstanding and more like a recurring issue. If you choose to advertise services through Groupon, you should expect people to rely on what is written there -- and you should treat them with basic respect when they call. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or avoid this office altogether.

I cannot recommend this particular location…read more I originally discovered them through Classpass and did cryotherapy a couple of times, which was great. I then decided to take advantage of a special that they had and bought cryotherapy sessions over the phone at a discounted rate. The person who sold them to me completely neglected to tell me the expiration date at all, or that the sessions would expire rather quickly after I purchased them. I then had a few things come up, and a few months did go by, after which I decided to call and schedule a cryotherapy session (or try to, anyway). I was told, rather nonchalantly, that the entire package I bought had expired. I asked if there was any way the expiration date could be extended. The answer was a resounding no because they had gone over to a new booking system in the time between the sale and my call. No further explanation was offered. The whole tone of this conversation was basically "oh no, looks like you're out of luck and lost some money. So sad! Nothing I can do about it! Gotta go!" Granted, the employee didn't use those phrases, but that's what it felt like overall. They seem like a business that is excited to sell products or services but doesn't really care about customer service once the sale has been made. I wish this business had been more transparent about the fact that if you buy any of their packages or services during a sale, that the expiration date rolls around quite quickly. If I had known this, I probably wouldn't have bought any specials in the first place simply because I'm a person who has a lot going on and also travels for work. I won't be coming back.
