I will say if didn't really smell good when they left though. Not bad, just not fresh or pleasant to smell. I also thought the price was a big high for somewhat inconsistent work. Some windowsills were not cleaned, small stuff though. Overall I'd use them again if they lowered the price a bit, the work was good overall. Staff at the office was very nice.

After trying countless cleaning services over the past decade--most of which started strong but quickly declined in quality--I can confidently say that Maria and her team have completely changed my expectations. From the very first visit, Maria impressed me with her thoroughness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the space she was cleaning. She and her team don't just clean around things--they move items carefully to clean behind, underneath, and in all the places most services overlook. It's this level of dedication that sets them apart. Maria is friendly, trustworthy, and consistently punctual, with excellent communication before and after each visit. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every corner of my home. The team's consistency and professionalism have been unwavering, which is incredibly hard to find these days. What's more, La Morra offers a fair price for truly excellent service--not just at the beginning, but every single time. That kind of reliability and value is something I've searched for for years, and I'm so grateful to have finally found it. If you're looking for a cleaning service that treats your home with the same care and respect you would, look no further than La Morra and Maria's outstanding team.

They schedule an appointment to come see your place and give you a quote. They were an hour late. There is no phone number on the business card so I just emailed and they did reply saying they would be there in a while. I should have known better then and not booked. They came today to clean. 3 people arrived, one being the one who came to offer a quote so he knew exactly what I was looking for. They missed a lot of obvious spots. I know cleaners can't be perfect but for $160 for a tiny pretty clean 1 bedroom apartment I expected it to be better. Like for example half of the kitchen sink wasn't cleaned at all. Parts of the counters and wall space above counters. Half the fridge was forgotten. Etc etc. They THREW AWAY my husband toothbrush and the holder he had. It mounted to the mirror and I have a matching one. His is gone. No one said anything and we didn't notice until bedtime. They broke the microwave. I watched it happen too. The woman was leaning on a part of it in order to get a better angle to clean and it snapped. Somehow she also got the entire microwave to loosen in its attachments in the wall as well. They did mention to us when they left it's broken and be careful when using it, but it wasn't like the before. I feel to awkward to call them out on the spot.. it's not like they are going to go get a new microwave and install it either. Wont be using this company again unfortunately.

Our insurance company told us they called Servpro to come out to help us. Within a very short time we received a call from Jason, who was already on this way to our condo. He brought a small crew, extraction machines, and evaluated the water damage fully. Jason is knowledgeable, calm, and answered all our questions!
