They also failed the county test for something simple that was overlooked during installation. They sent two other employees out to try to find out why the heat wasn't blowing properly and they oversee the problem too. It took them getting the report and having to come out here and fix the problem in order to pass the inspection. The two employees that they sent out were supposed to be two of their best people who intern overlooked the problem. Starting from the top in Management all the way down to installation employees they all need training in their jobs. FH FURR is a Company that I would not recommend to anyone.

I've had people come service the unit, and look into to multiple different things. Today I had someone come and look into everything. And why my electric bill was running 100-150 more than it should be. and has been for a while now. After looking into everything he found that the thermostat that was wired into our home a few months before moving in was wired completely incorrect. Not only were wires not where they were supposed to be it was also set up for someone with gas heat. The saddest thing about all of it was the previous owners supplied us with all receipts and paper work for the house. We found the receipt for the installation and this company charged this poor old couple $250 to install a $30 thermostat and to top it off it wasn't even installed correctly. This cost not only that couple 100's of dollars but also us 100's of dollars. Just be aware when you are working with people especially if you re not well versed in what your having worked on. I'm just very disgusted about how the previous home owners were taken advantage of and not serviced correctly when most likely it was because of their age.

I used a highly rated company (C1) found on Yelp in the spring to turn on my boiler. They…read morecouldn't. They told me that I had to have the gas company to turn the gas on. They also charged me for cleaning. When the heating season came, I had the gas turned on, I called C1 again to get my boiler turned on. They still couldn't bug quitedc me to replace both valves for $4k or get a new boiler for $8500. OHA was the second company came to give me a diagnostic. Mr Bryan discovered that the water pipes were completely empty and found a spot on the radiator where the pipes were disconnected. No wonder the boiler won't turn on! However, OHA doesn't repair radiator pipes so he left me this valuable information without charging me a penny! I found a 3rd company came to repair the valves and saved thousands from the 1st company. Forever thankful for Mr Bryan!
