I was hit with a additional $459.80 charge for an overweight fee. Go for a fixed rate company. How do I know it was the weight they said. Also they tried to bill me for an addition day even though there wasn't one. it came a day late from when they said it would be delivered. They were supposed to pick up from 1 to 3 days after I called them, but it sat in my driveway over 10 additional days blocking my driveway. Signed a contract at one price but I was called immediately and told the address was entered incorrectly (by them... but it wasn't, because it was the same address on both contracts and even the original quote) and the real price was actually $60 more due to the location. They also took a full week to pick up the dumpster even though I specified when booking that it needed picked up on a certain day. Lastly, they sent another bill almost two weeks later saying they were charging another $200 for weight overage, claiming our junk weighed 3,240lbs. That's a freaking car! Bait and switch at its finest. I ordered a 10 yd dumpster for a period of 7 days. What arrived was a 20yd dumpster. This seems to be a common occurrence with this company. When we ordered the 10 yd we were told that 1000 lbs was included with the payment. When they brought the 20 yd dumpster they kept the weight at 1000 lbs. We however were not informed of this. We were only told that they did not have any 10 yards available so they just brought the 20 yard. That seemed to make sense. There was no contact to tell us that we would still have to stay below 1000 lbs. We did our work and the called for pick up. The dumpster then sat in our drive way for three more days until they finally came to pick it up. A few days later we were sent an invoice for an additional $90.80 for weight overage. The issue is that we did NOT have 2000 pounds worth of stuff. The dumpster was not even close to full. We only had household debris and garbage bags. There was a small cabinet that I was able to carry with myself and one other person. It was not the least bit heavy. We had several fence panels in it as well. After reading the reviews on this lovely scam filled dumpster fire company, I see that weight overage is apparently how they make their money. They say they are charging a flat rate but that you will be liable for any overages. The issue is that I ordered a 10 yard dumpster because we knew that is how much we would discarding. The interesting thing is there is a little line on the dumpster that says fill line. At no point do they explain how to figure out how much weight you can estimate having. I guess that's so their little bait and switch plan does not get ruined. They were in breech of a nice little contract. The company failed to provide me with a 10 yard dumpster. I put the exact same stuff that I was going to put in my 10 yard dumpster into the 20 yard. I then asked for a receipt for the dump fees. I was sent a generic receipt that had no reference to my home at all. It was just simply for a load on the same day that our dumpster was picked up. I will check the Ring cams to see what time it was actually picked up. I emailed the company and was given a return call. Use at your own risk. I do not recommend. Phone Number gets you to a call que that will get you down to "One Caller Ahead of you" then send you to voicemail after another minute. If you need to cancel there is a $75 fee unless it's same day then is $275 both of which are not spelled out at the time of quote. Don't try and call on weekends I called 5 times each time in "que" for 5 to 6 minutes, each time sent to voicemail. Once I left VM they returned my call the next Monday mid morning. If they are staffing customer service over the weekend change the phone automation. read more

SCAM ALERT - BEWARE! I've used dumpsters many times over the years and know exactly what to expect. This time, I filled it with some vinyl flooring, cabinets, and a small household cleanout--nothing excessive. There was plenty of space left in the dumpster when I called for pickup. In fact, I had to schedule the removal early because I had a delivery coming and needed the driveway cleared. They missed the scheduled pickup time with zero communication, and it wasn't removed until the next day. Thankfully, I took time-stamped photos of the dumpster before it was taken--clearly showing what was in it. Then came the real shock: they claimed I exceeded the 3,250 lbs included weight limit by 8,500 lbs--for a total of nearly 12,000 lbs! That's simply not possible given what was in the container. After researching the company, I saw multiple similar complaints from other customers, all with the same story: suspicious overage charges, lack of transparency, and poor service. The weight cap I was given for the dumpster I rented was either a gross underestimate, or I am being grossly overcharged. The company alleges that we exceeded a thousand pounds of detritus, resulting in an enormous bill due to alleged "overages" in landfill fees. Not only have I not been shown any documentation to support this, but I have been given no relief for this situation. I rent two dumpsters from this company in 2024 and both were said overweigh and I asked for a receipt what the landfill charged them but the company refused. One of the dumpster overcharged me $486 for the overweigh on top of I originally paid $488 in advance and so total was $994 in this 20 yards. The other 15 yard is again overweigh and the company charged another $215 on top of $449, so total bill was $664 for paper goods and foods waste dumpster. Had an agreement for a dumpster to be delivered on Wed. They never showed up and waited till after 5pm to send a text saying they were not going to show up.
